I would recommend that others who are attending the show arrive early enough to see the museum too.
The dancers are incredibly skilled and when you hear the backstory of how this organization was formed it's even more fulfilling to have been part of it!

The only reason I didn't give this experience a 5* rating was that the subtitles in English were difficult to read from where I was sitting. I would recommend that others who are attending the show arrive early enough to see the museum too.

This was an amazing show! I would recommend this to any and every one. Very professional but included some light comedy as well. The performers also looked like they very much were enjoying what they were doing. If we had of stayed another night I would have gone back!

A good introduction to Cambodian traditional dance and music. It would be good if they can stage a full dance-drama production in future.

Amazing spectacle! Young people studying their own dance and music culture that got lost during the 60' s. Very good meal was included. Tourists had to get there by themselves in time... No pick-up at hotels!

The performance is extremely high energy and entertaining. The information provided about the history of the troupe is also interesting. I have seen their circus troupe in Siem Riep, and though quite different, the classical performance is as energetic and enjoyable. However, skip the dinner. It is good enough, but for the price, one can get better at a restaurant, and there is a big time gap between the dinner time and the performance.

The band of musicians and singers are excellent. The various dances like preying mantis, fishing, the great churning of the ocean by the Devas and Asuras wstched over by Vishnu, are all 10 minutes or so long and thus give the audience a range of styles and content of Cambodian traditional dance. Well worth it, good fun.

It was great to see in person what I had only seen on TV before. Amazing agility and grace of the feet and hands. Yes, I tried it in private, couldn't get even close to achieving the positions. The dexterity just wasn't there... It must take hours to get on all the make-up and get it looking perfect!

The story of how Cambodia almost lost its culture is heartbreaking. This show is a testament to the courage and resiliency of the Cambodian people. Very heartwarming to see how the music and dance is being saved for future generations to enjoy. I was moved by the performances. The show is very professionally staged and the dancers and musicians are superb. Please take the time to visit while you are in Phnom Penh...you will not be disappointed.
