A great experience enjoying the sights from up high! The crew and pilot were fun to watch and very helpful. Peaceful ride in the air. Recommend if you’re looking for a small company who you’ll want to grab a beer with after!

It was on my wife bucket list, She Love it, Very Peaceful! The Staff was very nice, They answer every questions. In the end the pilot gave us a Hot air balloon history and to finish champagne and fruits!!!

The ride itself was wonderful but getting in the balloon was a bad experience. I’m 70 years old and not so flexible. There should be stairs of some kind to help people get to the top of the basket to assist them in getting in and out of the basket.

We’ll didn’t get to go - but ubered there only to find out on the way it had been cancelled so it actually cost me $100 just to not have this (I’m sure) very wonderful experience 😰

Sorry you didn’t see your messages in time. Perhaps check your phone that you provided for messages before getting in the $100 Uber….? We called and left a voicemail and sent text advising of cancelation more than an hour before meeting time. sure doesn’t sound like the viator vendor deserves a bad review due to this…?

The beauty of being so high up in the sky was amazing. The staff were all great. I absolutely loved the landing prayer. I would have preferred to have left on time from the meet up location in order to catch the sunrise as we missed it because we fell 20 minutes behind waiting on larger group check ins. Other then that the experience was amazing. Being in a hot air balloon is def. Something everyone must try. Be sure to be ready for landing as it is a little aggressive and not as soft as you would image. Our driver hit a tree and that made it a little impactful on the body. I don’t recommend this for someone who’s had a surgery within the last 6 months. I don’t recommend this for anyone who is shorter then 5’ or kids as the baskets are large. I am 5’1 and was the Perfect height.

what a phenomenal experience.

This experience was wonderful. The tour guides & pilot were kind & had a good sense of humor. They informed us that we were in the 2nd largest Air Balloon & on top of that we were in the air way longer than any of the other balloons who took off at the same time & even after us. The only thing that wasn’t cool was that we we’re not informed of what the vehicle that was picking us up would look like. So many of us including myself were just sanding outside in the cold trying to figure it out on our own & it wasn’t until we happened to walk up to a random white van that we found out. Other than that part this experience was phenomenal, & I will truly never get over that outstanding view from the balloon.

Most memorable? The landing in the dirt face first!! Ha ha..it added to the wonderful experience. We had over an hour ride (winds caused extra plus landing) but every minute was great. Flying over the desert in bloom was a plus. It was a perfect way to start my 7th decade. Our pilot had great stories and was very personable. The ONLY down side is I wish smoking was not allowed anywhere...I'm highly allergic and it triggers asthma...sorry.

We had a fantastic sunrise balloon ride, which could not have been more beautiful. The views of Lake Pleasant and the surrounding area were stunning, and the trip was everything we hoped it would be. The crew were capable anmd knowledgeable, although the pilot would have benefited a bit from some improved bedside manner, particularly in response to our questions. All 5 of our group would give the balloon 2 thumbs up, and would definitely recommend this amazing adventure!

We thought we would be flying over the desert, but it was a neighborhood!! When they ask us to change to Gilbert, we agreed not knowing the area. Also the pilot kept talking about his crew not being paid so they need tips. So pay them. So very disappointing!!!

Sorry you feel that way, although for other readers to understand you would have been cancelled all together, or move to the other location. Which is normally an up charge. Also the pilot only advises ONE time the crew work for gratuity so if you loved your Experience please let them know. i know this 100% because i am the pilot who flew you.

The trip was beautiful, the ground crew very professional and kind. The fellow passengers were great to meet. The captain was probably the reason I wouldn’t recommend this trip. He knows what he’s doing, no doubt, and I DID feel safe but he was fairly rude and made some offhand comments that were fairly inappropriate and unnecessary. He told one passenger if they don’t like the space they’re in to book elsewhere with more space for her. We were crammed in unable to move barely so it was really uncomfortable. He then made comments about people over 70 and how they start to physically and mentally break down….mind you I brought my mom in this ride for her 68th birthday…then continued to complain about his crew and their incompetence. He also randomly talked about how on the west side of Phoenix you never see kids outside playing as you do in Scottsdale because they’re not treated well and all on iPads. What the heck?! There’s plenty of balloon rides around town that probably cost the same and you aren’t stuck mid-air having to listen to this man. Wasn’t too impressed either with the brown and week old fruit they laid on the table afterwards per the package deal. He gave us some juice mix as an alternative to alcohol and said “Yuck why would you drink that? It’s too sugary.” Well my question is…why even serve it? Then finished it off telling us the grounds crew make no money and our tips pay their bills. Come on. He seemed over it and soured it for several of us. I can’t believe this guy has a job still, surely others have complained

The lift from earth to space and the tranquility and quietness of floating through space was majestic and relaxing. I would recommend the ride to anyone that wants to see things with a different perspective.

Shane was a fantastic pilot.. and Michelle and Matt did a great job as crew! We had a fantastic flight! Gorgeous views with perfect weather for February! We felt safe and the drinks and fruit at the end was a great way to celebrate!

My husband and I were visiting Arizona for the weekend and wanted to take a hot air balloon ride. A friend told us that we came in the perfect season. The instructions were very clear about meeting point and time. A day before our flight we were told to reschedule if we could because of the weather which made us feel safe. We rescheduled for the day after in the afternoon. Shane, our pilot was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. His team was also very professional. We had an amazing flight with amazing views. I was totally speechless. After we landed, we shared some champagne and Shane had prepped a nice little spread for us. It was truly an experience like no other and we would definitely do it again.
