What You Can Expect

Day Trip to Phi Phi 6 Islands from Phuket

Phi Phi Leh

Your day begins with a 7.45am pick-up from your central Phuket hotel and a short transfer to the port. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you await the rest of your group, then board your cruise ship and set sail across the Strait of Malacca to the islands of the Koh Phi Phi National Park.

Make the first stop of the day on Khai Nai Island, where you’ll have free time to enjoy swimming or snorkeling (equipment provided), before continuing to neighboring Yao Yai Island, where you’ll have chance to swim at a private beach or enjoy sea canoeing (own expense).

After a delicious buffet lunch at a beachside restaurant, jump back aboard and continue to Mosquito Island, where you can dive in to swim and snorkel amid schools of tropical fish. After a stop at the beaches of Bamboo Island, continue to Phi Phi Don, the largest of the islands, where you can get up close to wild monkeys on the aptly named Monkey Beach and admire the spectacular scenery of Tonsai Bay.

The final stop of the day is on Phi Phi Lea, where highlights include the Viking Cave, Pileh Cove and Loh Samah Bay. There’s just time to visit one more famous landscape before heading back to shore – the unforgettable coastline of Maya Bay, where Leonardo DiCaprio movie ‘The Beach’ was filmed.

After a full day at sea, return to Phuket around 5pm, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

This is by far the best thing/tour/activity/idea/plan I have done in 35 countries. What you get from this tour is simply fulfilling. Plus they feed you. Plus they make sure to see every island. Plus they gave you gears.

This was an incredible trip. We have a great tour guide and group. The island hoping experience is recommended. I preferred the private islands over the public ones.

My husband and I had the greatest time! The only thing that I was not crazy about, was our first island stop. There were so many people there and people trying to sell you everything. It was overwhelming. I wish we could have used that time somewhere else. Due to weather conditions, we didn't get to stop at Mosquito Island. Overall, the islands were GORGEOUS!! Lunch was good. We had the beach to ourselves there. Maya Bay did NOT disappoint! So beautiful!! We couldn't get off of the boat at Monkey Beach, but others did and were scaring the monkeys away. So, we only got to see a couple at a distance. I was hesitant to book this excursion since there were not any reviews, but I am SO glad that I did!

The tour guides were great. But the boat was overcrowded to the point of being unsafe. This really took away from the experience.
