Great experience to travel in Pittsburgh and george was very knowledgeable about the city loved the incline part thanks george
Highly Recommended

Our tour guide, George, was fantastic. The only issue I had was getting confirmation specifics after booking. George gave us a 2-hour guided tour of Pittsburgh with a lot of history. We booked this as a way to get to know Pittsburgh and if that is your goal, this is the best way to do it. We were very pleased.

I'm sorry for the difficulty you had booking the Tour. However, I'm glad it proved valuable to you after the logistical problems.
The best city tour that I have taken

George was the most informative, enthusiastic, entertaining and helpful tour guide that I have had in my over 50 years of traveling.

Coming from someone with your experience in traveling this is high praise indeed. I deeply appreciate your comments. Thank you.
Fun way to learn so much!

My family had a great tour with George! His passion for the city of Pittsburgh is contagious! My husband, myself, and my 16, 14 and 10 years old all learned so much. We only had one day in Pittsburgh and thanks to George we saw and got to experience so many important sites in a short time frame. Take this tour. You won't be disappointed!

Thank you for letting me share our city with your Family. With young people as informed and engaged as your three, my job becomes a delight. Glad you thought our time together was so well-spent.
Great Tour

A great tour of Pittsburgh! George was knowledgeable about the history of the city. We hit a majority of city markers. George can tailor the tour to your needs

Thank you for the compliments, Shelly. It was my pleasure. Hopefully we will see you and "Regs" again when she attends CMU (fingers crossed). GSTD
Not impressed!
, Sep 2020
No van, no air conditioning!! We were picked up in an old car raining with the windows down and 85°. George was very knowledgeable but all we did was drive around. Did not make the stops as described.

I'm very sorry you were impressed with neither our City nor my Tour – especially as I gave you an extra complimentary hour of Touring after you complained about the lack of air-conditioning on the Duquesne Incline car and at the Upper Station. We stopped and you got out of the car at the Duquesne Incline, the Mr. Rogers Memorial, and PPG Place. The only stop where you didn't get out of the car was the Shrine of the Immaculate Reception as you said you had no use for the NFL after players started kneeling. However, even there we stopped because you said you wanted to take pictures without getting out of the car. I explained at the beginning of the Tour that I would prefer not to use the air-conditioning to take advantage of the airflow provided by open windows as part of our anti-coronavirus protocol. During that short time when it rained, we did put up the windows and turned on the air-conditioning. The website says that a “vehicle” will be provided, not a “van”.

Great start to your visit

The two-hour tour was an excellent start to our first visit to Pittsburgh. Our guide George tailored the tour to our interests and made it special for our son's 13th birthday.

So much fun on such short notice. Thanks for remembering me. A pleasure to give your friend from the Outer Banks a preview of the rest of her time in one of the coolest cities on the Planet. GSTD
Amazing Tour

George gave us an great experience. From the Duquesne incline to the spot where Franco Harris caught the 'Immaculate Reception', George continues his father's tradition of sharing the history of Pittsburgh to future generations.
