Dune Buggy Adventure in Cozumel with Ferry Ride from Playa del Carmen

Punta Sur Park

After greeting your guide at Señor Frogs in Playa del Carmen, you’ll board a ferry destined for the tropical island of Cozumel. On arrival in Cozumel, climb aboard your personal buggy and follow your guide to a selection of natural and cultural landmarks.

Stop first at beach club to don snorkelling equipment and greet an underwater guide. Then, plunge into the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and observe a vibrant tableau of marine life and coral.

Next, revitalize with soft drinks and the head to a local tequila museum to learn about the manufacturing processes of the emblematic Mexican drink. The journey to Punta Sur Park makes for a picturesque drive: admire Cozumel’s first lighthouse, a Mayan ruin called El Caracol and an ecological reserve replete with wildlife.

Sate your appetite with a delicious Mexican lunch before enjoying some free shopping time in downtown Cozumel. Your tour concludes at your original departure point after a ferry ride back to Playa del Carmen.

5 star rating: Highly Recommended May 2016

Ferry/Buggy tour was awesome, we snorkeled with some fish, drove around the island, and had lunch at a very cool restaurant at one end of the island, there was also a tequila tour and sampling that was very interesting. Our guide Luis did an excellent job navigating around the island and talking about the history of the island.
