This was the best tour we did while in playa del carmen. Our tour guide was so informative and very funny. The buggy tour through town and the jungle was a blast. The Cenote was incredibly beautiful and amazing and a once in a lifetime experience. The highlight of the tour was stopping at a mayan village to purchase food and give to the villagers. It was such a humbling experience and one my husband and I will never forget. Book this tour......you won't be disappointed.

This was the best tour ever!! Our tour guide was totally awesome. He was funny and very informative. The buggy tour was sooo much fun and even the cenote swim was a blast even though it put me way outside my comfort zone. I am claustrophobic but was able to do it just fine. The highlight of the tour was stopping at a mayan village and buying food bags to hand out to the locals. It was such a humbling experience and one my husband and I will never forget. Book this tour.....you won't be disappointed!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on the tour! It was a bit of a rainy day so blasting down the jungle roads through massive puddles was a lot of fun though definitely don't wear nice clothes. The cenote experience was a surprise- we were in a small group so able to explore much of the cave that if you've eaten too much at the resort may be hard pressed to successfully squeeze through parts of.
The Mayan village visit was a step back to reality of how lucky us tourists have it and we were glad we were able to go and help out in a small way. There is food available for purchase at the village store though we also brought some candy along for sharing.

This is an amazing experience, could not fault anything during the day. So many different emotions, during the 3 parts of the day. The guys who go with you on the buggies are a credit to the country of mexico.
We started of with the hotel pick up and a short trip to playa del Carmen. After signing a safety document we were quickly off onto the streets of playa del Carmen and into the jungle. The buggies were great fun, great turn of speed, it was like I was a big kid again. When we got off the open road we were told to put on out bandanas and goggles, as it was gonna get dusty.
After about 15/20 minutes we ended up at a cenote in the middle of the jungle. We were split into groups and given a helmet, touch and water shoesand headed down to the cenote. The tour guys we were paired with were informative and really really funny. The scenery down there was amazing. Bats, little catfish, refreshing water, this cenote had everything. I would say its not for the more larger person as there is a few tight spaces, but as the tour guide says don't worry we have Vaseline!!!. After a little swim in the cenote, and time to do what you want , it was back up to the surface and a chance to have a few snacks and water before you go onward with your journey.
After a short bumpy road journey, you come to the small village on the outskirts of playa del Carmen. This truly makes your heart break. Showing a different side to the 5 hotels we are all used to here in mexico. The tin shacks, the small homes that sleep so many people. For 100 Mexican pesos you can purchase a bag of different food to hand out to the people and children. This was really a touching moment of the tour, but rewarding too. We took, a few bags of toffees which the children loved more than the fruit.
The tour guides were telling us that they had given the village money for a couple of water wells. They go to a different area every day so that different parts of the village have their chance to receive their bit of food.
The tour guides are amazing, in so many ways and is was touching to see them give something back to the community which everyone else seems to forget about. They are funny, informative, but have a big heart too. Special mention goes to Partick and Charlie.
You will not forget this tour for so many reasons. Your emotions are as up and down,as like the journey on the buggy to the cenote. Not only will you enjoy it, but you are giving something back.

This was one of the highlights of our holidays. My husband really enjoyed the buggy driving through the jungle. Then we went for a tour in the amazing underground river, and as the only people there it felt very special and was truly amazing. Finish the tour meeting local people and giving them food

What an experience! Fun ATVs, an amazing swim in an underground cenote and an unforgettable experience handing out much needed and appreciated food items to the women and children of a poor neighborhood. From staying at a luxury resort with its excessive and mind-boggling buffets to an excursion which included kids asking for la leche milk, it makes one grateful for what we are blessed with every day when so many have so little. Kudos to this tour company for making this humanitarian effort part of their excursion. My family will never forget it.

We did this on a wet December morning and it was fantastic. The drive into the jungle was full of pot holes and due to the rain these has turned into big puddles, we were like two big kids driving straight through the middle of them. The cenote was amazing, never experienced anything like it before. The guides were very professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend this trip.

Amazing day! This was our second time experiencing the Mayan jungle, people, and cenote. Informative english speaking guide. A must half day excursion for those who really want to see the real side of Mexico and not just the tourist area. Would do this a third time, well worth the experience.

This adventure was great! The buggy ride was fun, the hike into the cave and cenote was interesting and challenging enough to provide a sense of wonder, and, visiting the local village deeper in the jungle was truly a way to give back and pay it forward. Both Chris and Guillermo are excellent at what they do. You are safe, have a really good time and know these two men have hearts of gold.

One of our highlights of our trip to the Rivera Maya! Being a guy I loved driving the buggy thru the streets of Playa and the jungle as my wife took pictures and held on. The cenote was amazing and Chris our guide was very personal and informative. The highlight for my wife and I both was handing out food in the Mayan village. To be able to help in such a personal way and help Rent a Buggy move closer to their unselfish serving goal was amazing. Nothing beats the smile of young children and mothers receiving those gifts. Thank you Chris and Giarmo for letting us be a part of that!

If your looking for a Fabulous day look no further! This is all that! First you drive the buggy's through the city and then down the dirt rocky and bumpy road through the jungle to the most Gorgeous Cenote I have ever seen, it's not to disappoint. Snorkel through the Cenote cave before you get back in your buggy to a local Mayan Village grocery store to pick up supplies if you wish to pass out food to those less fortunate in the Mayan Village. Never have I had such self fulfillment and gratitude. Chris is an amazing leader and fills you with knowledgeable facts, fun and respect. This is a must do! If I go back I will do it again!

Great guys!! The goggles and bandanas for your use are a much appreciated touch!
Best cenote we've visited! Exploring and history info was great, not just a swim like most tours. Talking food to the Mayan viliagers was very touching. Makes you realize how blessed we truly are. It's nice to see people using the tourism industry to help those who are less fortunate and not just to make money for themselves.
This is the best Buggy tour in Mexico!

Excellent Cenote tour, probably the best we have taken in eight years of vacations in Mexico. Chris is an amazing tour guide, knowledgeable and interesting. The stop to distribute food was not what we expected, but became a highlight for my daughter and I.

This tour was one of the highlights of the trip. As most people do on this trip we stayed at an all inclusive.. surrounded by affluence, luxury, and excess. This tour, exciting, interesting and finishing with the helping of some indigenous people helped keep all in perspective. Not just for me, but for my kids. Always good to keep the balance in life.
The guides are genuinely good hearted people that also show you cenotes that wont get anywhere else.
Well done on all fronts.

Great tour and tour guides!! Would recommend this tour. Great for all ages. My whole family loved it and we will definitely do it again the next time we're here. Riding the buggies through the jungle was a blast, the cave tour and swimming was amazing, and visiting the myan village was an experience well never forget. Love how these guys are trying to make a difference in the Myans lives.

We had six in our group. The trip started by meeting Chris and his partner who were our guides in Playa Del Carmen. We then took off in our buggies and drove in the streets of Playa which was an experience in its own. We then hit the jungle and drove to the Cenote swim which getting there was a blast. The Cenote we found was an experience everyone should do no matter age or swimming level as the guides were very accommodating. The best part of the trip was the Village tour as seeing all the kids and families and how they live. It was great how the tour allows us to give something back to the families which was groceries bought from there local store and distributed back to them.It was very humbling but a great feeling. All in all a great day ,great tour ,great job Rent-Buggy Tours.

Awesome day trip with a 1st class company. Chris and Guillermo are fantastic guides. We started off by driving a dune buggy from Playa del Carmen from the city to the Jungle dirt roads 15 min or so. Then you get to off-road through the jungle at exciting speeds until you reach the entrance of the cave. This cave had only been open for 11 months so was a great and educating experience. The BEST PART - these guys give back to the community by stopping and having the group pass out food to the needy children of the area. THANK YOU for looking beyond just making a dollar and allowing us to experience the feeling of giving!!!!

Merci Guillermo et de vous revoir bientôt
Gracias Chris , nos vemos pronto

Fantastic Day. Booked this in advance via internet - no problem! Took the Collectivo bus from the resort to Playa del Carmen and walked 15 min to the buggy location - no problem only 35p each. Ride thru' the city streets into the jungle - exhilarating! Swim in the Cenote - so refreshing - the best I've ever seen! The visit to the Mayan village was very rewarding - seeing how these beautiful and gracious people really live. Great english speaking guide - Will do this again next year!

A great tour! The caves were amazing and so beautiful! Having an opportunity for my children to see a small town and help by bringing food to them was a real eye opener for them. My only complaint is that the buggy's were very loud and providing ear plugs would have helped. Overall, I would definitely tell anyone to take this tour!

Loved the tour and personnel, especially the Senote tour. Would have liked more off road on the buggies.
