We wanted to have a half-day tour and this tour is just right for us. We have a wonderful guide, Emilio was excellent. He took the time to show us the limestones and history of maya. The cenote water is.. as they say very refreshing. I would definitely recommend getting a wetsuit, it is part of your equipment rental anyways . Remember to bring a piece of ID, you need that for your equipment rental.
Our transportation to-and-from hotel was excellent, the car ride arrived at the designated time and our driver was waiting for us when we finished Sergio I hope I spelled your name right . Thank You !!
This trip, well worth the money.

The tour was perfect and our tour guide did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend this tour! They had wet suits, snorkels, and water shoes that you could rent for free. There was also a photographer that went on the tour and pictures were for sale at the end but we were not pressured to buy them.

The tour was a lot of fun and our guide Ricardo was great. We opted to get hotel pickup for an additional 15 USD round trip they don't do pickups on Sundays and once we arrived at the cenote, we were given all our gears and a locker. You get to explore caverns and caves. The whole trip takes about 3.5 hours including transportation. It's a very unique and thrilling tour.

My husband and I took this tour. Our guide was Able and he was fantastic. He was able to speak in both Spanish and English. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a pretty small group and it took about 2 and a half hours. We were very happy we took this tour.

One of the best things we did in Playa. Be sure to ask for Philippe. He has been doing cave dives for over 20 years and knows his stuff about cenotes.

Nice small group. Very informative. Taxi ride is 10 there and 12 back to town. Bring wet suit or use theirs. Better than expected.

Our experience as a family of 6 was remarkable from the ride from our rental property to the cenote guide at Chaak Tun. Our cenote guide was a wealth of geographical information as well as fun. The experience was the highlight of our vacation. The warming shots of tequila was the perfect antidote to the chilly waters of the cenote.

Philippe was our guide and not only gave a great tour of the cenote, but also gave a nice history of the Mayan culture. One of the highlights of our trip to Playa del Carmen, Highly recommend the tour.
