What an adventure, well worth the money! Our guide, Erik was great. The cenote snorkeling, rapelling, and zip lining was a blast. Enjoyed the authentic Mayan lunch. The 4 x 4 ride was bumpy but that is part of the experience. I do NOT recommend this tour for people with chronic health issues heart disease, COPD, etc or anyone that would have difficulty climbin. You are on your feet ALOT. Tulum was nice as well but made for a very long day.
The trip was awesome, a little scary at first. We got in the 4X4 took a harrowing trip for what seemed to be a long way, which was not, on a rough road. Then things mellowed out and we had a great time.

Took this tour in January with our guide Luis Carlos Barrera. Great guide, fun, energetic, and attentive. He has a genuine pride and enthusiasm for not only the job but also the environment. Picked up as scheduled, got to Tulum, which was truly impressive, for about 2 hours with a local Tulum guide. Very informative, inspiring me to read up on the Mayan culture. Following that off to the Jungle tour. Luis was so fun and was always aware of individual needs and concerns after all, was a zip line and repelling first for all of us. Don't be anxious about these activities. Luis and the other 'AllTourNative' staff members will take care that you feel safe and enjoy the unique experience. For me the snorkeling in the Cenote was the real jungle highlight. The cave formations were amazing and the clarity and color of the water spectacular. Lunch is a native Mayan preparation and tasty. My only beef is that the pictures taken during the snorkeling and zip lining were available for a rather exorbitant price. I would have bought them had the been 60-70 of the asking price. Hey AllTourNative, selling more at a reduced price has to be more profitable than far fewer at the current price -
Fantastic all day tour! Our kids (11 and 13 yr olds) really enjoyed all the activities. Alex was a great guide and it was just a super excursion all around. Highly recommend this tour!
Fantastic day put, our guide Carlos Moreno was so kind, humourous and knowledgable. He knew all our names immediately. We did the cenote trip first, preceded by a purification ceremony which made us all feel honoured to be there. The rappelling was exciting, done in pairs, the swim through the denote was illuminated just by torch light which made it eerie and awesome. Then it was time for a delicious home cooked list lunch of traditional food I the company of the group which was very sociable. The trip to and from the cenote was in an old army vehicle which bounced alocng the path and added to the fun. Then off to Tulum where we were able to sk the very long line. Carlos gilded is through some of he ruins, otherwise we were free to wander and enjoy. We had a thrilling time in the crashing waves on the beach below the temple, huge waves . Then back on board for home. Fantastic day!
You will not be disappointed with this tour. Our guide, Jhony was excellent. The cenote is breathtakingly beautiful, and the Mayan information presented was valuable if you are looking for a more local, cultural experience. Now, a few things to know. First, there are changing rooms so you can take dry clothes for after. They provide a locker for your valuables. Wear shorts or something over your suit bottom because you will be wearing harnesses between your legs and lots of folks will be adjusting your straps so ladies suit bottoms are not enough. No cameras or phones allowed on the tour. Only camera you can take is a GoPro that is secure to your body. Before you go, make sure that your reservation is correct and that you secure a pick-up location before you go. The Viator representative I spoke with was courteous but our date was off by a day and she did not have an accurate list of pick-up locations. We were told that we had to go to another resort 30 minutes away and after a long and expensive call to the local tour office we found out we could be picked up at our resort. We were able to resolve the date and pick-up location with the local office but not with out pick-up time confusion. Also, the local office seems to be cell phone run and lots of background noise so communication is difficult. I think that might have added to the pick-up time confusion. I would definitely do this tour again.
Tour is everything you could hope for but. Make sure you have an accurate pickup location. There are more hotel pickup locations than listed. Local office for arranging the transport is polite but not affective. What to wear...suit, running shorts, tennis shoes, they provide a locker.
Trip was great although title is a little misleading. Most people think of 4x4s as an ATV but this is really a military vehicle you just ride in.
Our guides were both fun and enthusiastic. Cenotes were wonderful, zip line was fun and food for lunch was good.
Juan was an amazing tour guide! This was WORTH every penny and the time.
I did a number of tours when I was there but the Viator tours were the best ones. This was a great full day tour. The guide spoke very good english he was funny and had a lot of knowledge. It wsa a very good choice of places to visit. My favorite was snorkeling in the caves
One of the best things we did on our trip was this Jungle Maya Tour. Our guide, Riaz, was incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about the area. We learned so much about the area from him, and he added little extras to the snorkeling, which was awesome. His enthusiasm was infectious and we had a great time. The cenotes are breath-taking and the ziplines were fast and fun!
Our only suggestion would be to start the tour in Tulum and finish with the cenotes, because Tulum was so hot when we went in the afternoon at end of tour. The cenotes would have been even more refreshing after Tulum.
I highly recommend this activity - and you should request Riaz as your guide if you can!

The zip lines were great, the gear well maintained and the staff very attentive. You have got to check out the rappelling into the cenote and the snorkeling tour. the afternoon lunch was well prepared and our kids loved it.
This tour was a ton of fun. We began the morning with a series of adventures at Jungle Maya snorkeling in a cenote with beautiful cave structures, swimming, ziplining on 5 different lines, and rappelling. We had a delicious lunch, and we then went to Tulum. The ruins were gorgeous, as was the beach, and we got an informative tour. Our guide, Paulino, was wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend!
We also took another tour with AllTourNatives to the Coba ruins, to a Mayan village, and to a cenote earlier in the week. We would definitely recommend this tour as well---and our guide Ro!
We had a wonderful time on our Jungle Tour! Alejandra Nunez was an excellent tour guide, full of interesting information and lots of fun as well! Our trip began with zip lines and snorkeling in the Cenotes. The zip line staff were terrific, the Cenotes were beautiful and refreshing and the Mayan food was delicious! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We do wish the trip to Tulum Archaeological site would have been first as I had expected. It was super hot in the afternoon. Had we went to the archaeological site first we would have had the refreshing Cenotes to look forward to later.
Paco was an awesome tour guide - mellow, informative, and friendly. We saw a bit of everything so we felt like we got a great taste of the whole area in one day. I would recommend it to everyone.
It was a fun trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about tulum ruins and the jungle tour was a lot of fun as well.

This was an amazing experience! The whole day overall was a blast! The ATV ride was not quite what we expected as it was basically a ride from the front of the park to the back of the park where all the activities take place in a military style jeep. We were able to zip line three separate times and the third time it was into a cave. The repelling into the cave was great but the water in the Cenote is cold so be prepared for that. We swam in two separate ones and the second time we were provided snorkeling equipment which was a better experience. The things that no one will tell you is: there are bats in the caves above your head and the equipment for repelling / zip lining is smelly.
Guide was great, tour was great! I would do this again, for sure!
Phenomenal Trip! Snorkeling in the cenote was amazing! I would do it again! The lunch was phenomenal! I recommend it! visiting Tulum was pretty cool the beach was gorgeous. I think I paid a bit too much for this trip, but if you do pay for it, and you haven't tried any of these activities, then go for it!
Excellent tour. Felt like we got a taste of everything. We had a blast.
We had such a great time! Our guide Eddie was really great, friendly and very knowledgeable. The zip lining was so fun, swimming in the cenote was so memorable. The going to Tulum was just amazing. My only feedback is that is that it would have been nice to go to Tulum in the morning and not the afternoon. Also you need to bring your own towel for Tulum. Towels are only provided for the zip lining and cenote swim.
Such a great adventure. Makes for a nice full day of both culture and activities. The tour of Tulum was well run and very educational. it was nice to have a little extra time to poke around. travel tip: it might be good idea to bring an umbrella from your hotel, there is only a little shade at tulum and it was very hot and humid in late May
The purification ceremony before we entered the cenotes was very interesting and was a cool way to kick off the afternoon activities. the repelling, ziplining, and snorkling were all great fun... i would have been content to spend all-day snorkeling thru the cenotes. swimming between the stalactites and stalagmites was truly inspirational. The meal they provide at the end was outstanding.
travel tip: its a long day before delicious lunch is served. it might be good idea to bring along a snack, or, when you are at tulum, spend 2 to take the tram back from the ruins to the rendezvous restaurant and enjoy some great tacos
our guide for the day was Memo! he was informative, funny and personable. Thank you Memo for some great memories.
