This tour was one of the highlights of our trip!!! Our tour guide, Christina, was so funny and amazing. From propelling into the cenotes, to ziplining 5 different lines, the shaman ritual, and snorkeling inside a magical cenote, I can explain how much my family loved this trip. Tulum was beautiful and we had roughly 1.5 hours to tour it, which isn't as long as I wanted at first, but it was a really hot day, and by the time our time was up, we were ready to go.

The buffet was really good too!

Our tour didn't last 10 hours like the description stated, and you can't take phones or electronics into the Cenotes and Ziplines. You can take a GoPro if you have it attached to a chest piece or headstrap.

Overall, phenomenal excursion!!!!!!

I took this tour on my birthday while visiting Playa del Carmen. What an amazing day! Ziplining, snorkeling, beautiful water and scenery -- what else could you ask for? The lunch provided was delicious. Then we went to see Tulum -- it was extremely hot, but well worth it. I highly recommend this tour. We had great tour guides and it was very organized.

This was a tour you don't want to miss!! And ask for Cesar because he is the BEST OF THE BEST tour guides. : It was just enough adventure to have a blast, but not so much as some people wouldn't be able to participate. The cenotes were like being on a different planet and propelling down into one, made it even more adventurous , the mayan shaman was such a beautiful touch--mystical and we even got to learn some of the Mayan language. We had been zip lining before but the one when we zipped into the water was a something different, and so much fun. The lunch food was better than expected--tasty, plenty and a great variety. Ceaser planned everything so we never felt rushed and we never had to wait for anything--how he did it, I don't know, perhaps he's a bit magical : We overheard some fellow explorers in our group say this was so worth the money and my husband and I could not agree more! We loved this!!!

This was a great experience. Went in September, it was very hot and humid but the Tulum ruins were beautiful. The ziplining was great! We went several times, more than I thought we would. 4x4 ride was all together with a group. I thought it would be individual or partner rides but it was still fun. Our guide was great, friendly and helpful.

The most amazing day ever. The tour was great the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Can't remember her name but she was Russian I think it was Anastasia She was great I have never done abseil before and I was a bit scared and was thinking not to do it but she walked me through and I went down the hole to get into the cenote. Thank you very much I am so happy that I have done it! We also had another girl in the group that was scared to do the zip line and she calmed her down as well. Fantastic effort from her! well done
Tulum was also great our guide there was funny and very informative. Overall an excellent experience which I can recommend! Great team, great day. Will do it again next time when I will be back

This was probably my favorite excursion off all time! Our guide, Euri I'm sure I spelled that wrong was AMAZING! I really can't say enough good things about her. She was informative and fun and everyone in our group had a blast hanging out with her for the day. We started with a tour of Tulum then she let us explore the ruins on our own for a while then we went back to the Jungle Maya Native Park where we swam, repelled, and zipped through the trees before snorkeling in a cenote. Simply an amazing day.

This was by far the best tour and experience in playa del carmen/cancun area. The cenotes were wonderful and just amazing, we had a great experience. The buffet lunch was also very delicious. I would do this again if I ever go back. You will love it.

This was an awesome fun-filled experience. The only downfall was it wasn't enough time in Tulum 1hour. But the tour guide was great, the view was beautiful, and the jungle was full of adventure.

Love, love, love this tour. We had such a great time and it really did include all the fun adventure items that Play del Carmen had to offer. Our tour guide was very friendly and shared his knowledge about Tulum, my only wish here was that we could have spent a bit more time exploring Tulum but getting to the adventure items was completely worth it. My favorite part about the trip was rappelling and swimming in the underground cave. The purification ceremony was also a wonderful experience. A bit pricier than the other excursions but completely worth it.

Awesome excursion! Rebeca was an excellent tour guide. She provided a lot of great information at each stop and during the drive. The ziplining and rapelling into a cenote was fun. Snorkeling in the Cenote/cave was amazing. Tulum was great. The lunch was good and I felt honored to have a Shaman pray for me. I can't say enough good things about Rebeca and this excursion. It was the highlight of our trip. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Tulum and a little more time for the snorkeling, but I know there is only so much time in a day. Thanks!!

This tour was so much fun. Rebeca Vargas was our tour guide and she did an exceptional job explaining the history of Tulum. She was very nice and funny, and made us feel very comfortable for the duration of the tour. The cenotes and underwater rivers were breathtaking, and lunch was very delicious.

Like most of the reviews here, this tour really is the highlight for our trip. We have 14 and 12 years old daughters and the mix of Tulum with Mayan culture and to escape the Sun with the jungle portion of the tour is a great way to be close to nature. The underground rivers on this tour was featured in National Geographic documentary and the owner of the land work with the tour company, till this day, they are the ones making the Mexican buffet on site. Very very tasty and authentic!

The rappelling into the underground river, the Mayan ceremony surrounded by candles, the snorkeling and zip lining. This is a one stop shop for everything fun. Water shoes are not needed but recommended to bring. They do not allow for cameras on site for the jungle portion of the tour nor the underground water river snorkeling. They charge the photo per person at 25 to include everything and another 10 for thumbdrive DVD is free. It is expensive but in line with other tours. The problem of the picture taking is they do not have photographers at the following sites

1.Mayan ceremony
2.Any of the snorkeling nor the underground river portion of it with exception to the last zip line where you zipline into the water. Unlike Rio Secreto where there was a photographer accompany with your group for the entire trip for the same price 100 for the entire family, not by head count, up to 8 ppl

They do takes quite a lot pictures with prearrange posts at certain spots, which I feel is not at all necessary. If they move those personnel in to caves like some of the other tours, it will be better for us as customer and better for them to sale pictures. Win win situation!

Miguel was our tour guide and he was awesome. Funny and we feel like long lost friends within minutes of pick up. His passion on Mayan culture and knowledge on Tulum really stands out from the rest of the tour guides that we saw on the Tulum ground. Ask for him and you will love his service!

Spectacular tour! Fun, exhilarating and informative. Lots of action and excitement but always felt safe. Our guide, Riaz, was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The entire staff of the tour were a well-oiled machine. A must do for any trip to the Playa del Carmen area. A magical vacation memory that will stay with us always.

This tour was amazing. Zip-lining was so much fun and lunch was delicious. I do wish the tour of Tulum would have a been a little longer, but it was still a tremendous experience. The cenotes and jungle were beautiful, as were the ruins. Our guide was also fantastic- we had Miguel and he was friendly, helpful and accommodating! I'm a bit scared of swimming in deep water, and for the second cenote tour, he had someone swim alongside me so I could enjoy the snorkeling and wouldn't miss out. Above and beyond! We were so impressed, and would absolutely do it again! Thanks again Miguel!

We didn't get to spend as much time at Tulum as I would have liked. Carlos was awesome! He was a wealth of information. The 4x4 ride was beyond what I expected and the rappelling and zip lining was an experience I would never give up. The cenote snorkeling was the highlight of my wife's day. The food was awesome at our traditional lunch. It was my brother in laws birthday and he received a special blessing and Mayan necklace at the purification ceremony. We are looking forward to going back and doing it again.

You should do this tour. It's incredible. Everyone in my group had the best time, we made so many memories and each stepped out of our comfort zones a bit. Don't hesitate!

What a great adventure!! Elias, our tour guide, was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the area and the culture. 4X4 truck riding was a bit bumpy, rappelling into the cenote looked awesome, swimming in the cenote was unbelievable, zip lining was exhilarating. Our lunch was very authentic and delicious. Our tour of Tulum was enhanced by Elias's knowledge of the history. It truly is a wonder on how they built all the structures and walls. Really surreal. Our whole group was great to be with. The whole tour was beyond our expectations. They were on time, informative and professional. I highly recommend this tour and Elias aka Victor.

The whole trip was exactly as represented and really amazing. Our guide, Diego, was wonderful...super knowledgeable and very interested/enthusiastic. He made us feel like he was enjoying it as much as we did, although I'm sure he has done it 1,000 times. The only caution is that some of the activities could be a bit challenging for someone who is very out of shape, but most people will be fine. Anyone with a fear of dark water yes, that's a thing or serious claustrophobia should be aware that the cenote snorkeling is pretty dark and you swim in some areas that feel fairly closed in. My husband was hesitant he can be pretty claustrophobic but he got through it just fine. And if you suffer from serious back problems, just know that you WILL bounce around a lot on the 4X4 ride. All in all, a great time and a great value. Even the authentic Mayan lunch was delicious.

What an adventure, well worth the money! Our guide, Erik was great. The cenote snorkeling, rapelling, and zip lining was a blast. Enjoyed the authentic Mayan lunch. The 4 x 4 ride was bumpy but that is part of the experience. I do NOT recommend this tour for people with chronic health issues heart disease, COPD, etc or anyone that would have difficulty climbin. You are on your feet ALOT. Tulum was nice as well but made for a very long day.

The trip was awesome, a little scary at first. We got in the 4X4 took a harrowing trip for what seemed to be a long way, which was not, on a rough road. Then things mellowed out and we had a great time.
