Juan was an amazing tour guide! This was WORTH every penny and the time.
I did a number of tours when I was there but the Viator tours were the best ones. This was a great full day tour. The guide spoke very good english he was funny and had a lot of knowledge. It wsa a very good choice of places to visit. My favorite was snorkeling in the caves
One of the best things we did on our trip was this Jungle Maya Tour. Our guide, Riaz, was incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about the area. We learned so much about the area from him, and he added little extras to the snorkeling, which was awesome. His enthusiasm was infectious and we had a great time. The cenotes are breath-taking and the ziplines were fast and fun!
Our only suggestion would be to start the tour in Tulum and finish with the cenotes, because Tulum was so hot when we went in the afternoon at end of tour. The cenotes would have been even more refreshing after Tulum.
I highly recommend this activity - and you should request Riaz as your guide if you can!

The zip lines were great, the gear well maintained and the staff very attentive. You have got to check out the rappelling into the cenote and the snorkeling tour. the afternoon lunch was well prepared and our kids loved it.
This tour was a ton of fun. We began the morning with a series of adventures at Jungle Maya snorkeling in a cenote with beautiful cave structures, swimming, ziplining on 5 different lines, and rappelling. We had a delicious lunch, and we then went to Tulum. The ruins were gorgeous, as was the beach, and we got an informative tour. Our guide, Paulino, was wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend!
We also took another tour with AllTourNatives to the Coba ruins, to a Mayan village, and to a cenote earlier in the week. We would definitely recommend this tour as well---and our guide Ro!
We had a wonderful time on our Jungle Tour! Alejandra Nunez was an excellent tour guide, full of interesting information and lots of fun as well! Our trip began with zip lines and snorkeling in the Cenotes. The zip line staff were terrific, the Cenotes were beautiful and refreshing and the Mayan food was delicious! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We do wish the trip to Tulum Archaeological site would have been first as I had expected. It was super hot in the afternoon. Had we went to the archaeological site first we would have had the refreshing Cenotes to look forward to later.
Paco was an awesome tour guide - mellow, informative, and friendly. We saw a bit of everything so we felt like we got a great taste of the whole area in one day. I would recommend it to everyone.
It was a fun trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about tulum ruins and the jungle tour was a lot of fun as well.

This was an amazing experience! The whole day overall was a blast! The ATV ride was not quite what we expected as it was basically a ride from the front of the park to the back of the park where all the activities take place in a military style jeep. We were able to zip line three separate times and the third time it was into a cave. The repelling into the cave was great but the water in the Cenote is cold so be prepared for that. We swam in two separate ones and the second time we were provided snorkeling equipment which was a better experience. The things that no one will tell you is: there are bats in the caves above your head and the equipment for repelling / zip lining is smelly.
Guide was great, tour was great! I would do this again, for sure!
Phenomenal Trip! Snorkeling in the cenote was amazing! I would do it again! The lunch was phenomenal! I recommend it! visiting Tulum was pretty cool the beach was gorgeous. I think I paid a bit too much for this trip, but if you do pay for it, and you haven't tried any of these activities, then go for it!
Excellent tour. Felt like we got a taste of everything. We had a blast.
We had such a great time! Our guide Eddie was really great, friendly and very knowledgeable. The zip lining was so fun, swimming in the cenote was so memorable. The going to Tulum was just amazing. My only feedback is that is that it would have been nice to go to Tulum in the morning and not the afternoon. Also you need to bring your own towel for Tulum. Towels are only provided for the zip lining and cenote swim.
Such a great adventure. Makes for a nice full day of both culture and activities. The tour of Tulum was well run and very educational. it was nice to have a little extra time to poke around. travel tip: it might be good idea to bring an umbrella from your hotel, there is only a little shade at tulum and it was very hot and humid in late May
The purification ceremony before we entered the cenotes was very interesting and was a cool way to kick off the afternoon activities. the repelling, ziplining, and snorkling were all great fun... i would have been content to spend all-day snorkeling thru the cenotes. swimming between the stalactites and stalagmites was truly inspirational. The meal they provide at the end was outstanding.
travel tip: its a long day before delicious lunch is served. it might be good idea to bring along a snack, or, when you are at tulum, spend 2 to take the tram back from the ruins to the rendezvous restaurant and enjoy some great tacos
our guide for the day was Memo! he was informative, funny and personable. Thank you Memo for some great memories.
Fantastic tour! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and the company itself is great. Would highly recommend!
Paco was awesome and the tour was organized, prompt, and so much fun! I recommend for anyone vacationing here!!
We were greeted buy our guide Euri and taken to the archaeological site in Tulum. Its a great place to see ancient temple ruins. We then drove to the adventure park and entered the jungle on the 4x4 monster truck that takes you deep into the jungle. Following that we had to repel deep inside a cave and then swim out, then climb up the zip line tower. After zip lining from tower to tower we enter the big cenote cave. Amazing clear water and deep canyons to explore while snorkelling, something I have never experienced before. Then we took part in a tradition smoke ritual followed buy a great Mexican Lunch. Then we finished off with some more zip lines. Amazing day and great staff!! 10/10

This tour is FANTASTIC! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it blew me away. Highlights were the rappelling into a beautiful cenote and then snorkelling though the underground river. Absolutely amazing! The Zip lines were a lot of fun, the temples at Tulum were beautiful, you have plenty of time to take it in and take lots of pics. The food for lunch was really good- traditional Mayan food Yum! The guide - Euri, well I can't say enough about how great she was. The whole day she joked, was informative in a very funny way & friendly. Possibly the best tour I've ever done.
The tour was amazing!!! Sam is the best tour guide I ever had. I highly recommend
Great tour, only thing I would change is a little longer swimming in caves. Pictures are expensive and you can't take your own unless a go pro mounted to head our chest.
This was my first experience booking with Viator and I have to say I was really impressed from start to finish. Good value for your money and so easy to sign up via the app. The tour package booked was exactly as advertised and our guide, JJ, was amazing. I highly recommend this package if you like a little adventure and are looking for some insight on the Mayan culture. Cheers!
