Experience the diverse waterfalls nestled within the Columbia River Gorge on this 3.5-hour day trip from Portland. Travel through the dramatic Cascade Mountains to visit panoramic viewpoints, waterfalls, an historic (and haunted) Oregon hotel, and the famous Bonneville Dam.
  • Comprehensive tour by bus/coach
  • Enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle of the city
  • Free hotel pickup and drop-off included
Your half-day trip begins with mid-morning pickup from your downtown Portland hotel. Awe at the beauty of the Cascade Mountains as your coach winds along the Columbia River to your first destination – Latourell Falls, unique among the falls for its straight plunge over a basalt overhang.

Continue on to Bridal Veil Falls and Wahkeena Falls before stopping at the magnificent Multnomah Falls. This awe-inspiring cascade of water plummets 611-feet into an icy pool, making it the second-highest waterfall in the US. Join fellow admirers on the Benson Bridge — and make sure to take a souvenir picture. Conclude your waterfall tour at Horsetail Falls, known for its characteristic form and striking mossy backdrop.

But your tour doesn't stop there. The return trip stops at some of the Gorge’s top attractions, including the Crown Point Vista House for unbeatable panoramic views, historic Bonneville Dam, and the eclectic McMenamins Edgefield Hotel and Brewery, a restored farm with a rich history and (some say) supernatural guests.

You’ll arrive back to your hotel by mid-afternoon.

Keri was a great guide. She took us to so many interesting sites that we would never have found by ourselves. She was very knowledgeable about the area and shared lots of historical, geographical and other information that helped us feel more informed. It was a great tour and I highly recommend it.

Terri was so amazing. Awesome smile, very enthusiastic and proud of her home. She took us to all the waterfalls and made stops she didn't have to just to make sure we got the most of our tour. My girl and I had a wonderful day. We are still thinkin of this day and it was last week. A MUST do activity
