Received a text from the driver while still on the plane. Walked out after picking up our bags and saw the car. Great service!

I'm very pleased on how the Driver Texted me to verify my Flight number for I gave the incorrect one so because she did that everything else went smoothly!
My chauffeur, Inna, texted me as soon as I got off the plane. She loaded my heavy bags easily, even though I offered to help her. She was friendly and got me to my hotel in no time. I highly recommend her services.
Great service, very kind. Only request is that he try and brush up on his English. I know it's hard coming to a new country and learning an new language; however, it's hard to communicate about directions when we don't speak the same language. Other than that, awesome driver and very professional and respectful.

The private arrival transfer was amazing. They sent me a text the day prior to confirm my pickup and when I arrived at the airport they were there within 5 minutes. There was a bottle of water waiting for me in the car and they even took back roads to miss traffic. I would definitely use them again.
No hassel, only thing was our flight arrived a little early so we had to wait but not the Limo fault, they followed the flight and were aware of the early arrival.
We waited over 45 minutes to get picked up at the airport, so I was not impressed with this service.
The car did not show up. I called the first number 866 666 6666 to register and inform the service the plane was late. I was told this was not a problem and to call the second number when I got to the airport. I told the person I had a Costa Rica phone that did not work in the US and was informed there were pay phones everywhere and it was a toll free call. Well, no one at the airport new were these pay phones were and I borrowed the cell phone from the wheel chair attendant my wife is disabled d. around midnight and got a recorded message. When I did get someone on the phone I was told that I did not register properly and they would not send a car, but that my card would still be charged. Both people I spoke with were incredibly rude and unhelpful. As I've already been told twice by your representatives that the charges would stand, I'll take it up with American Express Platinum were I have had an account since 1977 to contest the charges. I will tell you that is it hard to understand how you can stay in business with this kind of service.
