What You Can Expect

City Tour of Portland

Ride the famous Portland Aerial Tram!

Choose a morning or afternoon start time and meet your luxury van in Director Park for pickup. From there, settle in as you wind through central Portland, viewing the Park Blocks that cut through Portland State University, the financial district, and the city's cultural centers including several concert halls and the Portland Art Museum. Pass by Pioneer Courthouse Square en route to beautiful Washington Park for some gripping city views.

Stroll through the hilltop park, admiring the Rose Gardens' 7,000 varieties of roses, and the splendid scenery at the Japanese Gardens, the Hoyt Arboretum, the Oregon Zoo and the World Forestry Center.

Next, continue to Forest Park, one of the nation's largest urban forest reserves, and across the striking St. John's bridge to explore the city’s diverse east side. This extensive tour passes through the hip yet historic Mississippi District and the close-in NE and SE neighborhoods on the way to Ross Island Bridge, which will continue the circular route back to SW Portland.

Check out the main sights of south Portland, including the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), the space-age Portland Aerial Tram, and Waterfront Park. Then check out city's NW neighborhoods — including Chinatown and the Pearl District — for the final leg of your tour. Return to Director Park for drop-off, or request a stop in the restaurant district on NW 23rd, just in time for lunch or happy hour!

Beautiful sight. Nice city. I love Portland.

I'm sorry i had forgotten to pay gratuity. Japanese has no habit of tip.
Next time we would pay.

Skyler, our driver/owner, gave us a wonderful, informative tour of the city pointing out all the highlights. Bathroom breaks were frequently offered as were nuts, apples, bananas, water and juice. No matter the topic, Skyler was well versed in the cities offerings and issues. We were driven in a comfortable Mercedes van and picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Skyler even gave us his number is we wished to call with questions about touring on our own. Highly recommended.

Matt, our driver, was very informative and personable. We enjoyed the small group tour, perfect number of stops. A fine introduction to your first Portland experience. Provided us with lots of ideas for our next few days. Well done and thank you! T and L from Canada

Comfortable riding, great weather, great driver and informer of where we were and what we were seeing. The only unfortunate part was we were not able to tour the Pittock Mansion, which I had seen before but my friend from out of town had not. It is my opinion that whatever extra charge there would have been for that would have been worth it.
