Booked last minute the evening before. We were picked up at our hotel on time and the entire experience was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable guide, clean, comfortable bus which was equipped with bottles of water and even Wifi. Highly recommended!
Leticia was a excellent and knowable guide. From the pick up at our hotel to the drop off in Prague the service was excellent. This was a last minute reservation so I was very impressed with viator customer service.
Its always difficult to say that a tour of a concentration camp is great but it certainly was moving, informative and well worthwhile. The guide was informed and we would rate the excursion as 5 stars.
I was really impressed by Viator and will definitely use them again. I booked 2 days in advance from Prague and they picked us up at our hotel and brought us to a bigger bus to Terezin. Our guide was amazing! She had such knowledge and passion for the subject and made the tour even more meaningful for all of us.
Highly recommend this trip. Our driver was punctual and very polite. Our tour guide Sophie was fantastic really made the trip extra special great story teller. Definitely if your in prague look up this company and ask for Sophie you won and #39;t be disappointed.
Picked up on time by clean bus, swapped buses at a concourse and got on our way with only 3 of us on the tour. I was impressed that they went ahead with the tour with only 3 of us on the bus, we appreciated that they did that as other companies may have cancelled.
It is difficult to know what to say about this trip - I would recommend it to people who are interested in our recent history and want to pay respects to the people who suffered particularly in WW2. I cant say it was enjoyable - the subject matter doesn't allow it to be enjoyable. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the tour around the fort was really interesting.
I would recommend it.
This tour was great. A small group,a very knowledgeable and interesting guide who showed us thru Terezin.
We very much enjoyed this tour. Would recommend.
We were rushed through the tour, specially at the Terezin Ghetto. Traffic was very congested when we left Prague, and I guess we had to be back within a certain time.

The bus ride was clean and comfortable. The problem was the guide. She was very hard to understand and then got us a local guide who was difficult to understand, very passionate about the subject matter. Our guide would not got into the sites with us. She would say, Go in for 25 minutes, then meet at the bus. There were so many guides touring with there groups that spoke clearly with great knowledge of the places they were visiting.
Disappointed in tour .Didn't really learn that much and the tour at camp was quite brief, didn't really show you much and we had a quick march through the old walkways inside the walls which was a feature of the old castle. Interesting but not applicable to the reason for the trip. There are lots of building there but unless you ask about them, they are ignored so what they were used for is anyones guess. If you didn't walk past the graves at the entrance and see theArbeit macht frei sign , you would not have any real inkling as to what has happened here. The guide at Terezin seemed keen to try and shift the blame for the camp to any other countrynaming Switzerland, England and USA as they were told about it and did nothing! We watched a 30 min film which could really have been shortened by half and again it was not that informative.
Maybe they need to have 2 separate tours, one about the history of the castle and one for the concentration camp.
