Learn about the history of Kutna Hora, a town that gained its riches from silver mining in the Middle Ages.
Well worth the visit, very informative guide. Kutna Hora ossuary itself is a very strange place which leaves you with mixed feelings but definitely unlike anything your likely to see.
The trip was very enjoyable, we had enough time to see everything. The guide Petra was good and gave a lot of interesting information.
Very interesting. The bones of people who wanted to be included in the Ossuary are arranged artistically. Sounds weird, and sort of is, but definitely worth seeing. Bianca, our guide, made it very special with her quick wit and uplifting and knowledgable commentary. She provided that extra special something and helped make it very memorable. Definitively a tour to go on.
Great public transport train tour, our guide was great and we had a wonderful time visiting amazing sights.
Wonderful meal also.
Great Guide David, great lunch, amazing day out!
What a unique trip away from Prague! A spectacular artfully macabre display at the Sedlac Ossuary, to a stunning view of the St. Barbara Cathedral. We had a lot of fun taking the train from Prague to Kutna Hora, sharing a car with some very interesting people from our tour group on the way there. It was definitely a way to meet new people, and have conversations we may not otherwise have had.
Great way to experience the Czech republic outside of Prague with an enjoyable train ride to Kutna Hora, visit to the bone church, and the beautiful St Barbara church. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyable tour and we had a great guide Petra. Cost included all train journeys and entrance fees. Bone Chapel was well worth seeing.

Very fun outing. Out guide David was funny and engaging. We met in old Town at 11am and walked to the train station. We arrived in KH around 1pm. We were told some stories about the area and church and then had about 20-30 minutes inside Select Ossuary plenty of time for the small room. Buses were waiting for us and We then went to lunch at Dacicky which was delicious. Cost not included but very reasonably priced. Last stop was St Barbara's with a walk through town which was quaint. We only had 20-30 minutes in there church and could have used another 10, but we saw it all. We were then guided back to the train station and said our goodbyes following our arrival in Prague. Great day win which logistics were made very easy. Definitely worth it.
A lovely day this trip was organised to perfection. You have to take 2 trains to get there and a bit of walking but it is worth it. The guide David was excellent he knew his stuff and he gave us lots of information. We did not have to wait around for anything and the lunch was also well organised and in a nice venue who were very efficient. Would recommend to anyone who has the time.
