Petra is a great guide!! I came to Prague specifically to go to the bone church and was not disappointed! This trip was well organized and included some other fun sights as well. Definitely recommend it!

I took a girlfriend of mine on the Kutna Hora tour for her birthday during our most recent trip to Prague. Petra was a great guide, had tons of information and took time to include each member of the group. Petra was also very thoughtful to coordinate with the restaurant and surprise my friend with a gluten-free friendly birthday treat when we stopped for afternoon lunch. From the fascinating information shared by Petra I am now determined to make another trip to Kutna Hora to see more sights the town has to offer.

The Kutna Hora Day Tour is a great way to spend part of a long visit to Prague! It is a wonderful opportunity to see a smaller town in the Czech Republic.

Great trip! Our guide George he said to call him that since pronouncing his real name may be too challenging was funny, informative and made sure we were all enjoying ourselves. Interesting place, a nice getaway from the busy city of Prague.

This was a great day trip. Thomas was a delight knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic, he provided great background about the places we saw which made the experience so much better than just sightseeing. The highlight, not surprisingly, was the Bone Chapel, but I honestly thought the wander through the village was just as delightful. I liked the fact that the group lunch was optional so that if you wanted time to explore the town on your own, you could do that. This would be a long day for a family with young children or older travelers, but I found it to be absolutely delightful!

Our family of four took this tour, and we have only good things to say about the experience. There was more walking than we expected, but it was broken up throughout the day and was manageable. Our kids enjoyed the tour as much as we did, and our guide was particularly responsive to their questions so appreciated. The three churches that we visited were all beautiful as was the city of Kutna Hora itself. We learned a lot more by having a guide, and would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was great!! It was well organized and paced. Train transportation was easy with help of our guide David. David was personable and informed he did great job. The Abbey, St Barbara's, and of course the Bone Church were all fantastic. We walked through the town stopping as scenic spots. We stopped for self paid lunch that was really delicious with several options. You have to do this Tour while in Prague! It is so well worth it!!

We went to Kutna Hora in June 2017, and we had a marvelous time.

Our guide David from Colorado! was very knowledgeable about general Czech history and about Kutna Hora in particular. He also walked fast, and was very engaging and funny. He made the tour very special!

The entire tour was organized very well and was executed flawlessly. The train and bus travel was enjoyable, the sights were magnificent, and the traditional Czech lunch was scrumptious.

We would highly recommend taking this tour!

Petra was our tour guide she is very cool and knowledgably. The train ride to Kutna Hora was very nice, and the city of Kutna Hora was beautiful. The Bone Church Sedlec Ossuary was even cooler in person and St Barbara's Church was amazing. The Pivnice Dačický Resturaunt had authentic traditional Czech meals that were very tasty. I would highly recommend this tour. Thanks, Petra!

Our wonderful Czech guide, Levan, spoke perfect English. We had a group of 14 on a bright sunny day. We walked to the train station the cars are not air conditioned. It was a nice escape to get out of hectic old town Prague, see the countryside, and learn more about the history of the Czech Republic. The Bone Chapel is amazing! We stopped for a late lunch - an extra modest charge - but worth it because the food and beer were delicious. It does take an entire day . . . so if you have the time - GO!

Very enjoyable day trip. Our guide David was very knowledgeable and having lived in the States for a number of years meant his English was excellent with an easy to understand accent. Quite witty as well.

The trip itself was made far more enjoyable traveling by train as opposed to another coach tour. Train to the main Kutna Hora station took about 50 mins and then a short connection from there to the town. Got off at Sedlec to see the fascinating bone chapel. Picked up by mini bus to take us the short trip to our pre-arranged lunch very good value and very good traditional food. Then walked from there to Cathedral of St Barbara, again well worth a visit.

Back on the train a short delay at the station owing to a signal problem led to an impromptu lesson in the Czech language!

Highly recommended and excellent value.

Great experience. We were met at the office by our guide David, originally from Colorado. David was knowledgeable about the places we visited and has a real passion for what he does. He's also very personable and has a wry sense of humour. He gave us a brief introduction to each site and then let us explore the place on our own, There were three main sites that we visited-Church of the Assumption, the ossuary chapel at Sedelec and the Cathedral of St Barbara. It would have been nice to have a little more time to explore each of the sites but we traveled on public trains so we were had a schedule to stick to. Frankly, traveling on a regional train was part of the fun.

I had a wonderful time experiencing Kutna Hora city and all of it's intriguing history. The Bone Church was fascinating and we were lucky enough to see them excavating the grounds and we just so happened to be there to see a skeleton being excavated right there next to the church. Really cool. Petra was our guide, who I really loved conversing with and she even gave me lots of extra insight into the whole of Czech Republic as we walked in between locations. She knows the city and country very well! Great value for a whole day about 7 hour trip including travel time. The restaurant she took us to for lunch was top notch and I even made a few friends on the tour as well. Highly recommended.

Our guide, David, really made the day. Obviously the bone church was a truly breathtaking and unique site, but David's knowledge and expertise on the history/legends of the Czech Republic were what stuck with me the most. We loved hearing about the countryside and seeing the majestic views that were really just an afterthought to the main part of the day. The food was great and the train ride provided a good sense of the countryside surrounding Prague. Definitely worth the trip if you have more than a couple days in Prague.

This was a highlight of our trip to Prague. Our Tour Guide Levan, was fantastic. Very friendly and extremely knowledgable. We asked him many questions about Czech history and he was accommodating to everyone on the tour. This tour is more than just seeing Sedlac Ossuary. Kutna Hora has many sights including Cathedral of St. Barbara and our highlight was eating lunch in an authentic Czech restaurant - it's true that the further from Prague the bigger the meal and cheaper the price. It's well worth leaving Prague for a day and doing this tour.

This was a great tour. Our guide Petra was the best! I'm from North Carolina and she had lived in NC as an exchange student! Small world.... I chose this tour because it offered a train ride rather than a bus tour - and it was a good choice. Kutna Hora is a charming town, and the ossuary is fascinating. Great lunch! I had the wild boar goulash with the gingersnap dumplings -- with beer -- it was delicious!! I highly recommend this tour, and I hope Petra is your guide!
