What a great day!!! Michael met us at our hotel and we caught the Metro to the main train station for our trip to Kutna Hora. He looked after us for the day with excellent commentary, good humour and great care. He helped with advice for our remaining days in Prague. Having Michael as our own personal tour guide made this a special part of our week in Prague. This is a premium experience. If you are planning a trip to Prague make this a priority. Michael also takes other tours around Prague. I would highly recommend using his services.

This tour was fantastic. We were met by our guide, Pavlina Fulneckova, at our hotel in the morning and walked to the train station. We took the train to Kutna Hora, starting our tour in Sedlec seeing the Cathedral of Our Lady and the Cemetery Chapel and Bone Ossuary. We then took the city bus to the Cathedral of St. Barbara which was stunning. Traditional Czech lunch on an outdoor patio followed by a tour of a medieval silver mine and museum. This was followed with seeing the courtyard of the Italian Court and Plague column, followed by a walk about the town and finally return trip to Prague. It was a busy day but well organized by Pavlina who managed all of the tickets for the trains and site admissions. She had a slide show on her tablet which we reviewed on the train with the plan for the day, information about the sites we were seeing and on the way back information about Prague and interesting sites. The private tour was really great in that we could move at our own pace and have a day long conversation with our guide.
If you have only one out of Prague tour to take, you must see Kutna Hora. The private tour was very reasonably priced for the experience.
