Communication leading up to the pick was brilliant. We came out into the arrivals hall and Stephan was waiting. His English was good and he was helpful. When i got to prague arrivals . My driver jiri was there with my name on it ! Said i hoped he didnt wait long ! He was very informative on food and since hes a local i asked what does he like to eat . He was very sweet . On the way home a few days later he came and got me too back to the airport ! I said heeeeeyyyy i know you 🤣 give that guy a raise !

Even before we collected our luggage, we had a text mess to tell us the car was waiting. The driver was in the arrivals hall just past customs, neatly dressed in a jacket and tie and holding a bright orange board with our name clearly written. The car was clean and very comfortable. We were supplied with bottles of water, a map and a guide book. A relaxing start to our break in Prague.

Our flight was delayed and the queues were long at passport control, I was worried about our transfer, not sure what to do. No issues I received a call from the driver, he was checking we had not missed each other. I felt more relaxed knowing he was still there. Really lovely clean car, the driver was friendly. Our driver was waiting for us when we left baggage claim. He was very easy to find, due to the sign with our name on it that he was holding. He helped us load heavy bags into the van, then drove us to our apartment. He was very friendly and professional, and gave us tips on where to go, what to see, and where to get the best food during our stay in Prague. on arrival at our destination, he helped us get our bags through the snow into the entryway of our apartment. Overall, it was a great experience!
