Terrible Viator experience

Driver never showed up. Horrible, horrible customer service prior to trip, as Viator kept mixing my trip up with another client. I called customer service three times and all three times I was told that even though I was getting conflicting emails that my pickup was correct. What I was bothered about most was that I asked for a supervisor more than 10 times during my last two calls, and I was told no. I have generally had good experiences with Viator, although I haven't needed their customer relations Department.

Late, reckless and road raged

The driver arrived 20 minutes after the agreed time, parked the car really far, helped with one piece of luggage out of 4 pieces that we had on us, drove recklessly and had a fight with another driver along the way.

I initially scheduled our pickup time 90 minutes after arrival time to allow for baggage claim and customs. Our flight arrived early and we were out the door an hour earlier than I expected. Our driver arrived based on the flight arrival time and we got a text just as we were clearing customs. Super nice guy. Got us to our hotel fast. Saved us lots of time. Highly recommended.

Not Reliable or Dependable

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We booked a private airport transfer from the Prague airport to our hotel for 18:45 early the morning on the day we needed it. We received an email confirmation for the reservation. I received a text at 18:00 that the driver had arrived (we were still in flight). We landed and got our bags and got to the pickup location at 18:30 (15 minutes early for our confirmed time) and was informed by one of their drivers waiting for another passenger that our driver had left and taken another passenger and wouldn't return for another 45 minutes (would have been 19:15 by then). So we ended up having to call our hotel and wait for another transfer, which thankfully came. Definitely don't recommend booking this airport transfer if you're looking for dependability.
