Michael was really nice. Even though our flight was delayed, he was still waiting. His orange sign made him very easy to spot.

The driver (his name is Palvo or Paul) was already waiting at the airport. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The traffic was at its peak and Paul explained about Prague in general. He even took the city centre route and showed me around as much as he could. He recommended what to do and some tips for the first timer in Prague. The complimentary water bottle and city map are very useful 👌 👍. Overall, I am very happy with the service 😀

My sister and I booked this airport transport for our trip to Prague and found it to be affordable and very convenient. Our driver was waiting right outside of the baggage claim with a sign and he very helpful and friendly. Also, my sister's water bottle fell out during the trip to our hotel and when we contacted Viator on the off chance we could possibly get it back, customer support was very responsive and the driver dropped the water bottle off at our hotel! This was unexpected and very appreciated. 10/10 experience, would recommend.

Easy peasy - driver was there exactly as they said holding orange sign with our name. He was polite asked if we had any questions and gave us information as we drove to our hotel. Perfect!!

My driver was waiting for me outside of arrivals. He was very friendly and extremely informative about the area with several recommendations for eating close to my hotel. He even explained how to use the tram system.

Not taken to correct hotel

Driver was very nice, but we were dropped off at the wrong location and had to walk 15 minutes with all our luggage to our actual hotel. There are two hotels with similar names and we were taken to the wrong one. Being our first time in the city we didn’t know to question it.

Reliable Airport transfer

We had one delayed flight and one missed connection for our trip to Prague. We contacted the shuttle company by using the Viator app regarding our situation. I also provided them with my new flight number and expected time of arrival. The representative returned my emails promptly and told us to contact them upon landing at Prague. The shuttle picked us up without any issue, even though we were over six hours late from our original pick up time. The driver was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this shuttle company because of their reliability and professionalism.

Nice and straightforward service

Actually I was the only passenger the gent had to pick up at that time. He was waiting in the arrival area ahead of the time I scheduled. As this was my first time, he gave some history about Czech Republic on the way to Prague. Also handed a guide book and a map. Driving was good, and talked about some of the landmarks on the way. Good overall experience.

Very convenient and inexpensive. Wish I could find a shared transfer like this for Budapest to cut the cost down (solo traveler). Tip for those arriving - don't take money out of the ATM before you pick up your bags. There are ATMs everywhere in the city and they tend not to charge as high a fee.

The driver forgot he was picking us up and went with two other people, he said there were two of them and I had also booked for two people. He returned an hour late and brought us to our hotel. It would have been a very tight squeeze four adults in the car together.

They were at the airport waiting for me as promised. They were easy to find, just as I arrived through the arrival gate. My flight was over 30 minutes late and they were still there waiting. Took half an hour to get to my hotel at Old Town Square.
