Very informative tour not only about the castle, but also about Prague and its history. Definitely would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague!
This tour is worth taking the tour guide is knowledgeable and then castle and church entrance is included as well as the transportation.
We had an excellent guide take us across the river then up and around the castle grounds. We'd walked the grounds the day before but we saw a lot more with our friendly guide. I'd recommend this tour.
This was a terrific tour and very educational. Our tour guide Michaela L. was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and extremely funny. She knew her dates and facts! Our entire family enjoyed this tour and we would highly recommend it along with Michaela at Get Prague Guide.
Tour guide was fantastic and knowledgable she gave a tour longer than Viator said it would be group was small enough to move quickly the castle was amazing, and I can't imagine seeing it without an expert, so this is a highly recommended tour.
Guide very knowledgeable and friendly. We were only 3 in tour, so very customized! Time spent where necessary, allowed for photos and questions without feeling rushed. Another successful Viator tour - I can always count on you!
Martyna Maryna? was very thorough, very knowledgeable and gave us a great local perspective. My wife and I have been to Prague multiple times, but first time with our high school/college age children and we all had a blast.
The Castle if so large that a tour is a great way to see the highlights and have the timeline of its history explained. Our local guide was delightful and knowledgeable. We are so glad we had this experience.

Tour guide was excellent history teacher. Gave us much insight into Prague. Great tour.
Great tour and guide!! She was very knowledgeable and thorough in sharing information about the locations. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague Castle!!
Great tour and quide. The castle and surroundings are awesome. Our guide pointed out many interesting aspects that we would definitely have missed without the benefit of the tour. The tour starts with a walk over the Charles bridge where you learn a lot about Czech Republic history. We also took a side trip the next day to Kampa Island which we learned about from our guide. If you go make sure to visit the Lennon Wall, a tribute to the late John Lennon. Very impressive.
This is the type of trip where everything depends on the guide, luckily we had a brilliant guide named Michal Vesely. He was knowledgeable, funny and extremely passionate, he made this walking tour come alive and he should be congratulated. Would definitely recommend this trip.
Eva was a wonderful tour guide. I am not sure how we got SO LUCKY but we had a private tour of Prague Castle. Eva knew everything about its history, and explained in a way that made it even more interesting. She took us to a few places we inquired about, such as the Kafka museum, and the changing of the guards. When you come to Prague, we highly recommend asking for Eva to show you around!

Perfect introduction/first tour of Prague as the city begins and ends with the castle. So much to see. Eva was a fantastic guide, full of knowledge, humor, and kindness.
Our guide Michael was fantastic! The information that was given on this tour was great! We highly recommend this tour.
Excellent tour thanks to Marketta! I hope I spelled her name right! She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of insights and tidbits of information concerning not only the city/castle but also other sights along the way to the Prague Castle! Thansk to Marketa for an uplifting and enjoyable tour!!
A first class experience with a highly knowledgeable and friendly guide. Michael Vesely was superb! He is passionate about Prague and history. Through his descriptions of the events through the centuries we were able to link these together to form a basic but comprehensive understanding of the life and times of the people of the Czech Republic and of Prague itself. As we walked, he was selective of the sites to be seen and at no time did we feel we had missed something important. It confirmed comments made to us before our visit about the beauty and charm of the city - so any places to see and to absorb the culture. We were so impressed with Michael that we asked him to guide us through the Jewish Quarter and old town on the following day - fascinating and humbling. We could not have asked for a more personable guide to enrich our first visit to Prague - if or when!! we return, we would be requesting a further tour with him. Congratulations and our very best wishes to Michael.
Enjoyed the tour and guide. We walked down from the castle and had wonderful views of the city. Because of an event going on at the castle they were suppose to email us about some transportation changes. Never received the email. Everything worked out.
Our Prague Castle Walking Tour was wonderful and very well-done. We met at the Charles Bridge and it was easy to find our guide. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, really throughout Prague, as all streets and sidewalks are cobblestone. Our guide has only lived in the city for a year but he has a degree in history and loves the city and the people. He was extremely knowledgeable about Czech history and had many interesting details to share about the history of the Castle and that area and the royal family. Having a knowledgeable guide like ours made our brief visit to Prague very educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend hiring a guide. We wouldn't have known where to start!
Really enjoyed this Castle tour! Our guide was knowledgeable and informative without being overly verbose. We probably would have enjoyed a few more pit stops in the mix for a bathroom break and possibly coffee or food at a unique location. Beverages were available for purchase at the end, but offered 'half-way' through would have been welcome. We did have a great time!!
Tour was just okay. Guide was difficult to understand many times and was rather vigorous in that there were no breaks in a 3 hour+ tour in 90 degree temps. Also the tour does not end where it begins. So leaves you quite a ways from the meeting point.
