Late for pick-up at airport driver sent to wrong terminal. I was,forced,to phone a number in Poland to sort it out and had to pay for call on my mobile. No time was given for pick-up at the hotel for return trip. E-mailed and received an answer in Spanish which I do not speak. Make arrangements with someone else!
Despite booking a round trip for 4 adults with baggage, we were met by a driver with a small sedan at the airport who was expecting a spanish speaking group we only speak English .He had to call a colleague to come and help with his car. We had just arrived in a foreign country and our group was separated into 2 small sedans. The colleague couldn't even speak English. It was very unprofessional. However, the original driver was apologetic and friendly using his limited English. He promised that on our return trip he would let his company know that we would need a mini van with an English speaking driver. We also got our hotel to follow up the company before the return trip and remind them that we were an English speaking group of 4 adults with luggage and could we please have a suitable car sent. The company responded with a confirmation email written in Spanish !We again called the company and made our requests clear. A driver turned up with a slightly larger sedan and a little English. We had to force as much luggage as we could into his boot and then nurse the rest on our laps as we squeezed into the car ourselves. We couldn't even move our arms enough to put our seat belts on! I would not recommend this company unfortunately. Probably better to get 2 taxis!
