We had a fabulous time our bike tour to Karlstejn from Prague. It was very convenient to be picked up at our hotel, we had a great group, the scenery was beautiful, and our tour guide was awesome! Highly recommend--this was one of the highlights of our time in Prague.

The guide Renata was a local who lived in a town half way along the route. She made the tour great through her local knowledge and she has a fascinating background. The tour itself travels through beautiful countryside which is easy to bike through. Great day trip from Prague.

great ride and a very pleasant way to get to Karlstejn which is a magnificent castle. However be prepared to climb a steep mountain to get up to the castle.

A lovely ride through the Czech countryside. Our guide Vladimil was fantastic - made sure the bike ride was going at the right pace for us riding group included a 12 and 13 year old, made us all feel comfortable - had a wonderful time.

Fun bike ride. After being in all the crowds of the city, it was good to get away, and get a little exercise.
Not the most professional operation, lacking a bit in preparation, but the ride was great, and Veronika was an excellent guide for the trip. The castle was impressive from outside, as was the countryside, but the tour inside was kind of a dud.

we enjoyed our bike trip from Prague to the Karlstejn castle. The tour guide Paul was pleasant and full of history of the towns along the way. the walk to the castle up the hill after the 20 mile bike ride was tough on the legs when we returned back to Prague later that night but it was a great way to spend a day outside of Prague seeing the countryside.

Thoroughly enjoyed cycling along the river mainly on a very very hot day. Shade provided frequently by trees or buildings and cool because of travelling at reasonable speed. Stopped lot for water and also at a lovely café and bar at the end of the bike ride. Renata was helpful, cheerful, and friendly. She really added positive energy to the tour. The castle was fabulous but the tours very poor. Also if travelling in the summer, ask the guide to check the trains. It turned out there was a completely different timetable so we just missed a train then had to wait over and hour, then put on another slow train which was jam-packed. Took over 3 hours to get home but should have been under an hour.
