Very fun tour. They went out of their way to make everything fun for everyone. The water was too choppy today for a truly meaningful experience snorkeling. However, they gathered live conch for us to eat and turn it into a delicious lunch. My eight-year-old loved it

Booked this event prior to going to the Provenciales. It was great to be picked up at your hotel and dropped off at the end of the day. I am 67 and enjoy snorkeling while my wife prefers reading a book on the beach. So, I went alone. I was surprised to be on the boat with mostly married couples in their 20s. They were wondering why my wife didnt come and did seem to accept that a couple married 37 years have different priorities which satisfy us. With doing what we prefer offers us more satisfaction than togetherness. Our diver was really good as he helped everyone and really looked after the old guy. There was a swim to the reef so make sure you can swim. He will stay with slow swimmers which I was. I have been on this same trip with my wife before. She was happy diving around the boat and viewing the scenery. Enjoyed the conch salad and sandwiches served. Would recommend this cruise.

The half-day tour was great, we had 2 major snorkeling stops and a visit to Little Water Cay which was almost deserted and the rock iguanas were so cute. We had fresh conch right out of the shell, which was a new experience for me. I had a couple of times where I was struggling due to some waves and our hosts were quick to help me and make sure I was hydrated and OK. The only small thing I would fix is that it was unclear from my tickets where I should go to be picked up to start the tour - they ended up picking up right on the beach by my hotel so all good in the end. Definitely recommend this tour!

Absolutely fun trip. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff was great. Multiple stops that were all fun and unique. Iguana island was amazing and beautiful to explore. Snorkeling was very good. We enjoyed the conch snacks and the shell souvenir. Duration half-day was perfect for us to enjoy a busy full trip then have a half day remaining. Slide on the boat was a nice touch. A great time was had by all

We had a fantastic time on this excursion! It was a fun group, and the guides were very accommodating. We were in the water to snorkle for about an hour. It was a good amount of time to snorkle. Iguana island was interesting. We highly recommend this cruise!

There's not enough good I can say about this tour and about Caicos Dream Tours as a company.
I'll start with the company... I had to reschedule my tour due to my children missing their flights to Provo : Kim worked with me and was so incredible about the whole situation. She rescheduled us and we were on our way.
Now to the tour... WOW! A simple word with so much meaning. The service provided was impeccable and you will understand why after I tell you our whole experience.
First we were picked up at our villa by a sweet gentleman who was so personable. He brought us to the Alexandra Resort where we got all of our equipment in order to snorkel. We boarded the boat Big Boy... Our family of 4 sat up top. Right from the very beginning, the captain Buff was laughing and joking around with us, making us feel comfortable. Buff gave a small safety briefing before starting out on our tour...to me, this was important as there were small children on the boat. Next, we got to the snorkeling site... again WOW! This was spectacular..for a couple different reasons. First, the crew was so willing to help anyone who had never snorkeled before. I witnessed a young lady who was afraid in the water, someone from the crew helped her to feel comfortable, assuring her that he was right there with her.. for me, seeing this kind of treatment was nothing short of amazing.. They also threw in some tomatoes so hundreds of fish came to feed on them, I couldn't believe the array of colors. Next, we went to Iguana Island and had a picnic of gourmet sandwiches and conch salad, which by the way was outstanding! I am not a seafood person so I was nervous to try it. I loved it. Chiller showed us all how to remove the conch from the shell. We got to spend some time exploring the island and then it was back to the boat. We had some rum punch and Turks Head beer...the kids had juice. We danced and danced and danced!! JJ and Chiller.. were amazing with my son. My son has a development disability...he doesn't talk. BUT that didn't stop JJ and Chiller from dancing the day away with him! Thank you for making this experience that much better for him.. WOW'd again!
Our last WOW was when we got back to the resort. We were waiting for the shuttle to bring us back to our villa. Someone called this guy over and he says to us ahhh come on, I'll bring you.. hop on in Well to our surprise it was John, the owner of Caicos Dream Tours. What an awesome guy!
If you want to take a tour where you'll be WOW'd, take this one!
It was an outstanding experience. They helped us to create memories to last a lifetime!

This is a must do tour when you visit Turks and Caicos. The crew on the boat were fun and experienced . Safety also came first. The snorkeling was amazing, the island with the iguanas was absolutely beautiful and there were plenty of iguanas to see. The conch salad was good and the sandwiches were good too...plenty of rum punch and beer ..just being on the boat in that beautiful blue water was so relaxing. Half a day was perfect because you were back on the beach for the rest of the day. I highly recommend ..and bring a camera..
