Horrible Experience

DO NOT BOOK with them. I paid for 3 people to be transported. The other 2 in my party flight was different, I contacted them the day before to let the company know. I got no response. When I arrived I told the driver that the other 2 in my party was arriving a hour later if he could come back and get them since I already paid. They told me NO and that I would have to book again after already paying $135 for 3 people to go literally 10 minutes away from the airport. I requested a partial refund and was denied. I should have never book with them after seeing that they only had 2 reviews already!!

Thank you for your review although not surprised and we will take this as an opportunity to learn and make our booking site more clear. For clarification, Viator is an affiliate of TripAdvisor and you will note we have many excellent reviews. Also, when you book our services, you book a transfer for the time you fill in on the booking form and we are and have always been flexible with arrival times for flights as there are delays and we understand this however 1 booking does not cover multiple transfers and there is nowhere on the site that indicates that. You also contacted us as stated, but at 7:45pm in the evening, which we responded at 5:45am next day to ensure you have time to update us on what you would like to do however you never replied. Service was provided for the time you requested, on time to add, therefore we fulfill our obligations and this review is unfair in our opinion however thank you and we will once again use this as an opportunity to make further clarification on the site.
We are sorry for your experience and wish you the best in future travels.
