*Main Airport Pickups: Please provide your name to one of the Airport Authority officers when you are on the outside of the airport and state that you are being picked up by Royal Transport Services and they will call us down to receive you. (Please note holding signs are currently not permitted at the airport but the new process is working and so please ensure you follow instructions or reach out to us if you have any issues at all. Thank you.) *Hotels or private rental Pickups/ Departures: driver will meet you in main lobby area or at the front of the home for pickup and will be there 15 mins prior to departure time. *Pickups at private Airports: driver will be parked and waiting to receive guest once cleared customs. ***Please ensure that flight name and # and pickup times are provided so we can plan accordingly*** Thank you.
