It's a lifetime must see attraction. Highly recommended
Fantastic trip - the boat ride is thrilling. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and take it off when you get into the boat. They give you a rubber bag to put everything in. You will be totally drenched. Remember to take a towel and change of clothes. The guide was great, explained everything in English and was truly caring of the group. She is one of the best VIator guides I have had.
It was well organized, on time and the guide was a professional who is knowledgeable and concerned about her herd of tourists.
Great tour guide! Had an amazing experience. He even shared some extra gear.
Great Tour and guide! Getting there was easy, everything was taken care of! You should know that your gonna get soaked in the waterfall if you do the boat, dress accordingly! Experience of a lifetime!
Extremely well organized, catered to the groups interests..we felt very safe throughout the trip.
We would highly recommend this trip....spectacular views
Was excellent ,and the lido made sure the group was still accounting ,by counting every section of the tour and what most with the weather able to see 3 sections of the falls.
The tour was excellent. Please note to others who has a little Spanish or no Spanish speaking or understanding, expects the last one to explain the tour. You have to wait and be fast touring since the others are already on the way to see the falls and you still hearing the tour person in English.
Excellent guide! We really enjoyed the tour, especially the Waterfall Boat Ride.
Good tour, spent the day enjoying the magnificence of nature. Lots of walking. You will get soaked on the boat ride. The jungle excursion was ok, nothing more than a trip through the woods. The jungle drive guide did a nice job trying to keep it interesting, but the animals, unlike people, sleep through the hot midday sun. Well worth taking.
It was a fantastic tour and would highly recommend it but feel that the difficulty rating is far too low, it was go, go, go.
The boat ride under the falls was a highlight. Yes we got drowned but it is only water.
The long walk up all those stairs (200+). Was exhausting.
Very well organized! And the trip is awesome!!! Worth every penny.
Another great trip. A very knowledgeable guide with excellent English speaking skills made for a fantastic outing. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Regards, William
The falls are marvelous, but the waterfall ride is very very exciting, if you do not fear to go at a high speed under the water! It is advisable to have a complete spare set of dresses, because we got completely wet even with the disposable water jacket we bought in plase.

MUST SEE - one of the best experiences of my life. Do this tour above all else you ever do in your life
It was the best experience ever, everything was so good and the water boat ride unforgettable. I really recommend it, if you like nature you will never regret it.
The falls were spectacular! The only problem was the Jungle tour!
The tour was supposed to be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
As we boarded the truck, the guide asked ifm there were any people who wanted the translation in English and 5 of us raised our hands and the guide initially started to translate in English and Spanish and then reverted to translate in Polish vs English.
After 10 mins or so I raised my hand and asked her as to when she would revert back to English to which she replied that she was not aware that there were any English speaking people on the excursion and she apologised but at that point the tour was over!!!!
What did I pay for???
A great tour, especially the boat ride which gives amazing views at speed and is really good fun! Prepare to get drenched on the boat but is all worth it and actually quite refreshing after a day in the scorching sun.
The falls themselves are breathtaking and my guide was very good in providing info on where to go/meet through the day. The only minor negative was that park entry wasn't included in the price so was an additional 350 pesos to get into the park that I wasn't expecting when we arrived...make sure you bring cash as was a pain to queue and then be turned away and find an ATM as they don't take cards... Overall an amazing and memorable day trip!
