We had a great time, we started at a restaurant on the top floor of a hotel with great views of the bay We had 3 courses at 4 different restaurants the food was amazing! Walking around the neighborhood and getting tips from our tour guide Al was as good as the food. Every stop had drinks and the tours is well worth the time

El Panorama Restaurant Located in el Centro downtown Puerto Vallarta on the top floors of Hotel Suites La Siesta. This restaurant has an awesome view and the food was excellent. Try the avocado soup, superb. I would give it a 4 out of 5. The Barcelona Tapas was extraordinary! The food was state of the art and the view was spectacular. I would give it a 5 out of 5. The Si Senor Garden was okay I would give it a 3 out of 5. The calamari did not taste good to me. But the other appetizers were good. I did not like the ambience as well. The last place was Melissa's. This was my favorite because the chef actually came out to talk to us and he prepared our food himself. Nothing like having a little character to your restaurant. It is a family owned business and it gives you that family owned feel. I would give this property 5 out of 5.

The tour guide was excellent ! Not only was this about the food experience but the guide gave us lots of history information about the area. Food was great. The only thing I would as to change is to offer other drinks other than alcoholic drinks.
