Please ask the Taxi or Uber driver to drop you off at the Oasis del Holi Restaurant. Facing the ocean, walk to your left (south) for approximately 1- 2 minutes. We are between the Grand Venetian condominiums and the Sunscape Hotel, where you will see two umbrellas with our Vallarta Parasailing logo.

Participation in our experience will be denied to any person that does not comply with these safety restriction
Puerto Vallarta is blessed with nearly year-round sunshine, which provides continuous near-perfect conditions. In the case of rain, strong winds, or in the worst-case scenario seaport closure, we will reschedule your flight without charge.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The guide Alfredo was so nice, co operative and professional. It was an amazing experience of my life. As I flew up in the air I felt the air thrust which was a great experience. In the air it feels like you are flying in an open airplane. I wish they can increase the time to 20 minutes. Every one should try this.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The guys who run this are friendly. The description says they will give you 100MXN back for transportation, and if you want it, you should probably ask for it. They didn't mention anything about it in person, but I was going to tip them anyway so let it be. They also have a phone case that hangs around your neck onsite to hold your phone - I don't remember seeing that in the description. If it's really not there, I wish they mentioned it! Overall, This was pretty fun. Your air time goes by quick though!

This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! I was really nervous but Alfredo was so organized and professional- he helped us feel comfortable sending our kids up. My youngest ended up not being able to fly because it was too windy and they said it would be hard to get him back down. I appreciated their precautions because I wouldn't have known to worry about that. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!!!

This was the BEST experience EVER!! I took my daughter and two friends (14 and 17 yrs. old), and we all left feeling like it was the highlight of our cruise vacation. We were greeted right away upon arrival, offered cold water, and a shaded place to sit under umbrellas on the beach. Alfredo and his employees were WONDERFUL! This was the first time for all of us, so a couple of us were a little anxious. However, Alfredo eased our anxieties and gave very clear directions, so we knew exactly what to do. We took off and landed on the beach, and it was easy breezy! I was one who was a little nervous, but once I was up in the air, I was so relaxed and in awe of the surrounding beauty! If or when I ever return to Puerto Vallarta, I will be doing it again! Thank you, Alfredo and crew, for an AMAZING experience!

I had this on my bucket list since my baby sister did this on her senior class trip in the mid-1980s. (My senior class trip to Russia was cancelled due to politics). It was even better than I expected. The instructions make sense when they go through them the second time (when you are in the harness). They don't tell you that pulling will be more difficult when you are coming in than when they explain it, though it makes sense. Highly recommend. Will totally do it again if I get the chance.

The take off was the biggest thrill. Then the view from up there looking down on Puerto Vallarta was fantastic. The landing back on the beach was light as a feather. The staff were friendly and professional.

My husband and I aren't the biggest fans of heights and we were anxious - but determined. Alfredo and his team welcomed us and immediately put us both at ease! I was worried most about my husband but as soon as he sat in the harness and took off he LOVED it! It is amazingly calm up there and so was I. Private service with no waiting around - enjoyed the experience!

A private service with no waiting around compared to the ones where a group goes out together on a speed boat. I arrived the beach that the operator instructed via text message, and found the location with no problem. There is no waiting around as my booking time is just for ME. I arrived at 1pm and got in the air by 1:15pm. It was a very enjoyable, serene, and efficient experience. Operator reimbursed my ride to meet them and I Uber back to my ship before 2pm.

Spur of the moment activity

Went with a friend and it was a great experience. We're both not fond of heights and I can't swim so the activity seemed a bit intimidating but it wasn't bad at all. There was a little wind so I'm sure its even better if you go earlier. We went at 4pm. The staff was nice and will answer any questions you have. They give you a phone protector that goes around your neck so you can take your phone up with you to record. It's a really beautiful view. Go ahead and scratch this one off bucket list, its easy and affordable.
