Wow! The views are amazing! The experience is not for the faint of heart, but for people that are looking for something a bit different. The lines and gear looked new, clean, and safe. The guides are pleasant, professional and playful. It looked like they liked working here. This zip line and Hoyo Azul is everything and more than I expected! You feel very safe as you ziiiiip from platform to platform. I would book this tour again! Wear longer shorts, water shoes or any shoe that covers your toes. Wear a bathing suit under your clothes so that you can really enjoy the last Zip Line leg, as well as the Hoyo Azul. Sun Screen prior to starting!

Amazing time and great tour guides! The views from the zip line are amazing and you move quickly through the course. The Blue Hole was incredibly gorgeous and the dip in the refreshing cool water was perfect after the hot hike. My only complaint was the amount of mosquitos during our hike which I was not prepared for. The guides warned us prior to leaving so that we could purchase some bug spray from the gift shop, but I feel that this spray actually attracted the bugs! Overall I had a great time and would definitely go on this tour again.

Pick up from our hotel went smoothly 7:25AM. We had a few stops to get two more groups, and it was a pretty nice ride to Scape Park. My two daughters, ages 12 and 15, and I went zip lining as our first excursion: really fun. We had 5 guides get us into our harnesses and other gear. They were very thorough in making sure we were safely equipped and knew how to use the hand break kids did not have a hand break. We zip lined about an hour to the point where the girls and I were somewhat tired of it and wanted to stop. The guides were fun, amazingly safe, and careful that everyone got through the many, many lines were rode. We had a great time and I highly reccommend zip lining in this park. The 'hike' to Hoya Azul was uneventful. Our guide was thorough in pointing out some interesting features of the park, but I felt like there could have been more 'clean' up of trees and vegetation so that the labeled flora were more distinguishable from the 'jungle'. For example, there was an olive tree along the trail, but it wasn't clearly separated out from the vines about to engulf it. Regardless, it was a super easy walk to Hoya Azul. Hoya Azul is more beautiful than the pictures show. My daughters and I liked the swim. We were allotted an hour at the actual hole, but we and most people were done in about 30 minutes. We had a buffet lunch after, which was delicious and refreshing: different vegetable salads, shredded pork, 'fajita' chicken, sliced pineapples and papaya. Beverages served were soda, water, and different juices. I did not inquire about alcoholic drinks. We walked about a bit to take a look at the different 'captive' animals: monkeys, parakeets, snakes, and then got on a shuttle home. The entire trip was very well organized and coordinated. We were back at our resort a little after 2pm.

The Hoyo Azul and zipline are at Scape Park. There are approximately 12 zip lines of various lengths. The guides were very helpful. The Hoyo Azul is as blue as the pictures. Be prepared -- the water is refreshingly cool but you get used to it. A buffet lunch was included as well. I thought the adventure activity and the lunch was worth the price. I would recommend.

This tour was awesome!! All 6 of us enjoyed all of the guides were super funny and nice. My only recommendation would be have the drivers that pick up from hotels carry a paper with last names! Language barrier was tough/ we waited 2 hours in lobby to find out they had left us. It ended up working.

This was a blast! We did this tour as a family with two young teens. Zip lines were just the right length to give a good thrill...the last one was really long and super fast!. Views were incredible, staff friendly and safety conscious. Water hole was gorgeous! Hike was pleasant. Highly recommend!

This was a excellent adventure. It was very well organized. Once we arrived we went to the reception desk, showed the voucher and were given wrist bands that listed which adventures we were going on. Then you gathered at your first trip and once everyone was gathered you set off. First, I went zip lining. We were taken to the base of the zip line where the great guys got you into your harness and all other gear, then we were given a safety demo and off we went. Overall this was a very exciting and fun adventure. There were 8 ziplines in total, some short and some long. This is a very physical adventure, requiring climbing up the mountain, walking on suspended stairs and climbing a rock wall using metal pegs that are anchored in the wall. Wear running shoes. The staff was very friendly and professional and there were numerous staff all along the course. You are not able to carry anything on this tour, you must leave your belongings in provided lockers, that are at reception. I would suggest you bring a lock otherwise you need to buy one for 5.00, which is non-refundable. After finishing we returned to the reception area and we had time for lunch before our next tour. The lunch was excellent and included salad, pasta, hamburgers, hot dogs and fries. It also included water or pop. Alcoholic beverages were available for a fee.

The next tour started at about 12:30pm. Again, well organized. Once everyone was there we set off for the Hoyo Azul Blue Hole. This too was a physical walk 1.5km through the woods with numerous stairs. But once there it was beautiful. This is a cenote with the bluest water and nice and cold, which is refreshing after the trek through the humid forest. There were a lot of people there but it was easy enough to get in and swim around. We spent about an hour there which was more than enough time.

Depending on how many adventures you take, the buses back to the hotel leave at regular scheduled times. 11:40am, 2:40pm and 5:40pm. They announce the hotel and the bus number and off you go.

They do take pictures while on each tour but the pictures and very pricey. For two adventures it was 60.00-70.00US
