It was super fan to do the tour with some friends and enjoy the 4x4 trip. Highly recommend the whole chocolate and coffee experience!

Driving the ATVs were an amazing experience! We went to a natural pool in a cave and it was one of the best things! We also got to taste the natural chocolate and coffee which was definitely much better than any Ive tasted before. The beach they took us to was so calm and clean it was the best. The beach by our resort had seaweed so Macao beach was the best because it didnt have any at all!

First things first, the picture of the quads they are riding isn't what you'll actually be on. Instead, they will be buggies that you drive through the town crossing oncoming traffic. Our guide was extremely rude and belittled my 19-year old daughter, yelling at her for doing exactly what everyone else was doing on the buggy: splashing through the muddy waters. Apparently they don't want you to get dirty on their buggies??? He later apologized, but the damage was already done.

There was an incident when a patron recklessly hit one of the little boys on the street we drove on, causing him to bleed from his head and leg. When my daughter and son report the accident, the same tour guide just shrugged it off and did not check on the little boy. The lack of concern this tour guide showed for the injured boy was horrific! I hope he's okay. My family and I have still not been able to stop thinking about him.

Finally, don't expect to stay longer than about 10 minutes at either the beach or the cave amazing.

My friend's and I booked this trip after reading the almost 5 star reviews. Honestly, I was really expecting more from this excursion. We were picked up 10 minutes late. When we got to our location we got our bikes and helmets. We made a stop at this beach which was beautiful. There were panhandlers everywhere selling items. We were able to take a quick dip in the water at take pictures, which was very nice. Throughout the entire adventure we felt very rushed, I guess because there were several groups who were doing the same excursion at different times. So in order for the groups to not run into each other, only a certain amount of time was allotted per location stop. It was very annoying to hear VAMANOS! VAMANOS! before and after every stop. I expected this trip to be a tour and adventure, but it was mostly a rushed experience. We were taken to the natural cave spring where people got to swim, but there really was no explanation given for the history of the location. There was a performance by children dressed up in native garb and face paint, but no explanation was given as to what we were watching. The coffee and chocolate tasting was very good, but when it came time to purchase items we were pushed for time again, being rushed out the door. And make sure to bring enough cash, because there is a 15 charge for credit card use. I understand that there are time restrictions for this excursion, and maybe it was just our guides for our group that were inadequate, but I expected more explanation. It just seemed like they rushed us through the entire experience. It would have been nice to learn about the history of the locations visited during the stops.
