Celine, our guide was amazing!
The management decision making was dis appointing. Everyone was on time, with the exception of one couple from a cruise ship.We were sitting in the front and observed Celine getting repeated calls from the dispatcher to hold the tour . Finally we left only the circle the court yard twice....again stopping for another delay. We finally get on our way only to be turned back again to pick up the late couple. It resulted in robbing the rest of the on-time paying customer of time st the zM. Falls. Totally unacceptable to the responsible. Patrons who got there on time.
Celine handled the situation with professionalism, n
But never should have been in the position either.
Disappointed with the way things were handled operationally.
Small Group Tour of Quebec City and Montmorency Falls
, Dec 2018
We had excellent weather on our small group driving tour. There were four of us on the bus including our driver/guide, Céline. She very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec and pointed out many significant buildings and local attractions in upper and lower Old Quebec and on the Grande Allée. Then we headed out to Montmorency Falls where we had the opportunity to take photos at the bottom of the Falls. Next, Céline drove us to the top of the Falls where we had 45 minutes to explore and walk on the footbridge over the Falls. It was a great tour that provided an excellent overview of places in the city to further explore on our own time and provided just the right amount of time to check out the Falls without feeling rushed.
We were walking to the meeting place from our cruise ship and got lost. Viator called and couldn't figure out where we were and refunded our payment. They did everything they could considering the circumstances. We got bad directions from a guy on our ship.
