Meet your  private guide (only for your group and speaking your language) by your hotel, and then set off on your 3-hours walking tour to explore the old-city of Québec. History and culture abound in the area, and as you walk your guide introduce the only city in North America who kept their bastions. You'll stop at the Christmas shop open all-year long because we need to benefits from having a long winter.  Continue walking to the Frontenac Castle, an iconic building, the most photographed hotel in the world. Then, take the ferry to admire the huge Saint-Lawrence river and the city from the other side. Stop at a local pub for a coffee, but also to warm yourself in winter or refresh yourself in summer. You'll then head to the Little Champlain district, a little postal card saved by local merchants. Try some maple syrup chocolate and stop by Place Royale to remember when everything start for this new french village.

Finally, enjoy a great dinner in good company and learn from the guide the story of someone who have to grow up in this particular environment. We believe that discovering a culture is also learning from the people who live there and this is why we are so happy to meet you and tell our stories. The restaurant is a local one serving dishes like poutine or deer tartar. To finish, choose between the view from the bastion with a cider or the local market which is a little walk but has great local products to bring a little souvenir from our home.
