Fabulous experience. Great and majestic old steamer is sensational. The farm display/action, is most entertaining and the sheep dogs are absolutely brilliant. The BBQ gourmet lunch is well worth the trip, tasty and beautifully presented with heaps of extras and sweets to die for.
All round well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better May 2016

We have had the Dinner experience at Walter Peak and thought as that was very good that this should have been but,.. The lunchtime was very busy, extremely so and the service seemed slower than we had experienced before. As you are meant to wait until you are invited to go for food, it was very frustrating to see so many people just ignoring the instruction, as they apparently did not understand what they had been told. The farm is very pretty but, the way that a majority of visitors acted did spoil the whole experience and I would not go to the much time again.
