Before I booked, I explane how much luggage I have, but when the driver came, he wanted 20 dollar more. Just for a ride alone. And he did not gave me a hand to help.

hello Thank you for your comment, but you never informed about your luggage, I saw your luggage when the driver sent the photos. if you travel alone with 2 very large suitcases of 30 kg. approx. and 2 boxes with a height of 1.60 cm approx., a width of 30 cm approx., and a weight of 40 kg. approx. each. you had to pay an extra, your luggage occupied the entire space of the van that has a capacity of 14 passengers. If we knew before your transfer what luggage you were carrying, we would not accept your reservation because you dont need a van, you needed a pick up truck or a truck.

Outstanding service from Quito Airport (UIO) to the historic city center. Excellent communication throughout the scheduling process and on the day of the transfer. Our flight was an hour late arriving in the wee-hours of the morning, but our guide, Carolina was waiting outside the terminal for us with a sign board with our name on it. The driver navigated the dark, foggy roads with ease. Carolina even went into the hotel to make sure we were all set! It was an absolute pleasure working with this company and we felt cared for and respected! So glad we have them booked for three more transfers during our trip!
