Bruce, our guide was very knowledgeable not only about the tour sights but also fun facts on the local towns and history. The drive on Iron Mountain Road was exciting in a bus that seemed to just fit the tunnels. The tour gave plenty of time to see each monument and not feel rushed. Custer was a quaint town for lunch. I highly recommend this tour.

Most memorable parts of this tour is being worry free about getting to a certain places on time and avoided when crowds were highest. Of course Crazy Horse Memorial, Mt. Rushmore, and the beautiful Black Hills. South Dakota has the best hamburgers ever, hands down. Loved Horatio's Homemade Ice Cream shop in Custer, SD. OMG!

Did not deliver what was promised in the ad. Promised 2 hours at Custer State Park to view wild life. They stopped in the town of Custer for 90 min and 15 minutes the Park. Not cool.

The timing of the Mount Rushmore and More tour is based on years of operating with both guests input and driver input. The lunch break is allowed for all to enjoy and not feel rushed at their on personal selected locations. A little confused on the 15 minutes in Custer State Park. That is not possible. You were in Custer State Park shortly after the small town of Custer and there until you end off of Iron Mountain Road with a break in there as well. It takes a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do on any given day. Your driver will do his/her best to find wildlife along the way, but keep in mind the wildlife are free roaming in a 71,000 acre park. We appreciate your input.

Everything! Bruce is one heck of a driver and still is extremely informative. The opportunities for breaks were well-timed. Legroom was a non-issue for me at almkst 6' 4" tall.
The tour was not in the order listed on the itinerary online, but we thought it turned out better with Mount Rushmore more spectacular in the early morning sun. Recommend highly as a break from driving - and the big sightseeing windows in the bus.

Bruce was great! He gave us good information about Mt. Rushmore and the surrounding areas--he was not overbearing with jokes and useless chatter but gave us a really good tour. I would certainly recommend Viator again. He's an excellent driver--anyone who can negotiate those tunnels in my book, deserves a medal. Thank you Bruce for keeping us safe and giving us a memorable time. My only critisism is that a longer time is needed at the Crazy Horse venue as there was so much going on with the Native American dancing and of course, all the information surrounding the on-going development of the memorial.

What an awesome tour! Bruce was a wonderful driver. He provided so much information. He was prompt and a very safe driver. The bus was comfortable and super clean. We were very pleased with our driver, Bruce. He was an excellent source of information as well as a very experienced bus driver. While we enjoyed Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the town of Custer and Custer State Park, the Iron Mountain road was so amazing with all its tunnels, pigtail and hairpin turns. This tour was the highlight of our Rapid City trip. A memory for our Golden wedding anniversary that we will treasure forever.
