Borris was the best tour guide I have ever experienced, so knowledgeable, passionate and caring! Thank you 👌🏼
Awesome southern Iceland!

We went on a Golden circle tour first and then decided to take the southern coast tour and we are so glad we did! The tour and sites were amazing - a must see if you visit Iceland. The tour was long but we had a decent amount of time in each spot. Our tour guide Boris was awesome - he had great stories to share and truly cared about the group and our experience on the tour. He made it memorable and we would recommend to anyone visiting Iceland!

Great Introduction to Iceland

This group tour was great! The guide was amazing and took a couple extra "scenery" stops along the way to visit with Icelandic horses and get some beautiful pictures. Cannot say enough praise for this tour as every single stop was beautiful and our fellow travelers and guide were great fun. Would do this again in a heartbeat. Perfect amount of time at each stop.

Thank you D1250 for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you had a great time during our tour. We can only agree, how important it is to have enough time to admire the beauty of Icelandic nature!

Our day didn't start with the best weather, but the natural beauty that you're exposed to on this trip can be seen through the rain and is definitely worth it, even in the cold. Our favorite stop was the small hike to glacier. Absolutely gorgeous.
Good mix of sights

Overall a good tour and would recommend it since you get a good mix of places you visit and get to touch a glacier after a bit of a hike. The tour guide was competent although did not talk about the area and surrounding landscape as much as other guides we have had. Would not recommend for people who would have difficulty on uneven surfaces.

The trip was excellent! Our tour guide, Anna, was very knowledgable regarding both Icelandic culture and geography. The vistas were superb; waterfalls, glacier, black sand beach (and sheep!). We saw more that we had anticipated seeing. We took the smaller bus (deluxe tour) which was very enjoyable. We had a fair amount of time at each site. I highly recommend this tour. I would take it again.
Excellent but bring rain pants

This was a small group on a mini bus. They had USB's to charge your phone and camera as well as wifi. This came in handy. Be sure you bring a normal size charging cord as I didn't. Rain pants were needed for the falls. Waterproof gloves also are recommended as Iceland is cold no matter the time of year.

I am so, so impressed with Sterna...

I am so, so impressed with Sterna Travel and the wonderful guide of my tour, Annie. She was so informative and funny and laid-back. She seemed to really enjoy answering all of our questions about Iceland's history and fauna. The weather also happened to be fabulous on this day, making the whole trip even better. We saw some awesome sights and even got a couple of extra stops in because it was such a small group of people. Thank you so much, Annie, for making this such a fun experience! Can't recommend this company and specific tour enough.
