Great tour, very off beaten path. Leaves lots of time at blue lagoon. Was nice to have entry included,
This was one of my favorite excursions! The scenery and stops on the Reykjanes Peninsula were spectacular! Walking between the tectonic plates was an awesome experience! Our guide was great and very informative about all the areas we visited. The blue lagoon was very relaxing and a must to visit if you go Iceland. I read a lot of reviews that said it was very crowded, but it is so large it did not seem that crowded to anyone in our group. I highly recommend this tour, we all loved it!
I like landscape, so the morning tour is fantastic. Apart from landscape, I can see a lot of birds. For the afternoon tour to blue lagoon, they offered very flexible pick up time for leaving the place. To me, blue lagoon is too commercial. So I make use of the flexibility and leave early.
Blue Lagoon is amazing and thoroughly recommend. Shame that Gray line only booked 2 tickets rather than the 3 we paid for. Thankfully the wonderful staff at Blue Lagoon made sure we got in.
Fantastic day out! Really knowledgeable tour guide and the Blue Lagoon was amazing, along with the beautiful scenery on the Reykjanes Peninsula

A fantastic day! The guided tour was interesting and took us to some stunning places. The scenery is unlike anything we'd seen before. Then on to the Blue Lagoon, which is the most amazing place. It's fairly pricey, but well worth it. We also had massages, which I would highly recommend!!
great day tour with Jacob, who was so knowledgeable. Blue Lagoon is awesome!
We had a wonderful guide, full of information...terrible weather didn't stop us. I am hoping to visit again.
Delightful guide. Great way to spend half a day before a flight home. They were very helpful with our luggage.

I booked this tour for my husband's family as well as my family and they enjoyed it. It was nice to see the sea birds and the varying landscapes. The Blue Lagoon is nice, but take an early bus back--we spent about 3 hours there for lunch and swimming that was plenty of time. Most of our group promptly fell asleep on the bus ride back to the hotel from the Blue Lagoon.

Very good tour. I liked the coffee and restroom stop at the airport as I didn't realize how quite and rural the area we were going to was! The scenery was very interesting--very much like a moonscape with the occasional town or geothermal spring. There were some beautiful views of the ocean and lighthouses/churches as well.

We planned a 10 hour layover in Iceland and filled it with this tour. It was very easy to do and the tour operator assisted in making sure we were on time for our flight. We managed to tour the peninsula and also spend an hour at the Blue Lagoon.

The weather was awful but the trip itself was very worthwhile and enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. The guide was outstanding and extremely interesting, quite prepared to talk about matters not related to the trip and even personal matters, which was very interesting and gave us a much better understanding of Iceland, its people, language and culture.
The tour was great. There were only two issues with the tour I would of liked more time at each location we stopped at to explore. The other issue was not really the tours fault, one of the people in the group was constantly holding us up at locations we would all be in the bus and then waiting for him to arrive.
I would and have recommended this tour to my friends that are thinking about making the trip to Iceland.
Was exactly as described - we went on a rainy day but it was still quite a good tour. The driver/guide was very friendly and informative. Unless you are planning to have a spa treatment at the blue lagoon you really don't need much time there - plan to take the 3pm departure and then you can enjoy the evening in Reykjavik.
This is a nice tour. Very laid-back. Gives a nice view of the Icelanic landscape. We stopped at a couple of small towns and a ship dock. They really could have skipped the ship dock as nothing was going on and all we did was walk around a bit. We got to the Blue Lagoon about 1130am. You have a couple of pick-up times to choose from. There will be buses waiting outside. They will return you right back to your hotel. Overall, a good tour.
The Blue Lagoon was fine, as I expected, and the stop at the Continental Plates was enjoyable, but it took too much driving in boring scenery to get there. It does not take that long to grasp the impact of volcanic activity in Iceland. Just the drive from the airport will do that.
The tour was alright, it was a beautiful day and I wish the guide would've let us spend more time at certain stops. We were given only 10 minutes at the bridge between to continents, which in my opinion was the coolest stop!! Could've definitely bypassed the ship dock and spent more time over there. We did get to see some neat landscapes, it was very relaxing. The Blue Lagoon made it all worth it, and we got massages which were incredible, I have never in my life been that relaxed before- I was on another level. We went straight to the airport so it was a very relaxing and nice way to end our adventure-filled trip.
The tour guide was very rude to my husband and I. We were two minutes late getting back to the bus at a rest stop because we were waiting in line for our lattes. We apologized for being a little late by saying "sorry." He responded by saying "Are you?"
The sites we stopped at themselves were great. However, we had to cut out two stops in order to pick up someone from the airport. That was not right; we shouldn't have had to sacrifice two more stops because of the company's logistical disorganization.
