I'm sorry to have to write this, but you are missing the point.
The tour was postponed due to bad weather. There was agreement on your part for it to be transferred. If on the day of the tour the weather was rainy and cloudy, sorry but we have no control over it.
You asked for a refund after taking the tour, which we considered to be inelegant, to say the least, on your part and worse, you threatened us by saying you would make a bad comment if we didn't return the money.
In face of such a threat, we were left with no alternative but completely denying any refund.
These were the facts as they happened. We are not changing the version of the facts, but one thing can be sure, the truth is on our side, and it will not be under a threat of a bad comment on Trip Advisor, that we will act in disagreement with our conscience.
We wouldn’t be in the Market for over twenty years with such good reviews on Trip Advisor if we didn’t have an attitude of total respect for our customers.
