I suggest they use smaller vans to pickup from various hotels then drop them to the big bus.. which would alleviate 2 hours of just pickup.

The transportation was excessive, took way too long to get there, might be better if it was all boat, because riding in a bus over 3 hours each way killed my mood.

The transportation was excessive, took way too long to get there, might be better if it was all boat, because riding in a bus over 3 hours each way killed my mood. The food was excellent though. Also, to future customers, please pick a day that is not cloudy, it didn't look too good when we were sailing. In addition, the host Diani was a pleasant part of the trip. She has an excellent work ethic, and does a great job.

Should be called a bus tour rather than boat trip since it takes about 3 hours each way on a bus just to go to the boat. There should be a boat to catch at Copacabana and we should sail there making it a complete boat trip.

It was a great experience. Everything went well and as described. The only thing that almost drove me up the wall was the amount of hours. This tour was at least 14/15 hours.. and you can’t prepare yourself it.. 2 hours to pickup other people, about 2.5 hours drive down to the dock. Then you’re on the water for about 5 hours... another 4 hours back up to the hotel. I suggest they use smaller vans to pickup from various hotels then drop them to the big bus.. which would alleviate 2 hours of just pickup. Otherwise wise, the tour was awesome. The food was tasty, restrooms were clean, and the crew members were polite.

This was the worst excursions we did in Rio! It was forecasted to rain all day and when I contacted the agency I did not get a response back. We showed up anyways to the point of pick up hoping they would send someone to cancel but that was not the case. We got on the bus at 7:20am without knowing the bus would circle many times over in the same area until it picked up all 40people for the excursion. Right off the bat they were off to a bad start. We were not informed that with all the driving around and pick up and the distance from Copacabana to Angra dos Reis was a total of almost 5 hours. We arrived at 12pm noon. When we arrived it was pouring rain they stuffed us like sardines onto a rainy boat and sailed off. People wanted to sit, but there were not enough dry parts on the boat. The whole day went by all the same with tons of rain and perhaps about 10 people jumping into the water. They do provide lunch but it’s more like a early dinner around 4pm. Mean while you are starving and you are forced to buy your own food and drinks on the boat. We finally docked around 6pm only to wait for another hour for our bus driver to come back from the “garage.” Over all this trip would of been worth all the negative aspects if it hadn’t been pouring rain. I felt they didn’t want to cancel due to refunding all the money. But I don’t see people giving this tour good ratings due to an outdoor excursion that was ruined by the rain.

Unfortunately rain is not a reason for canceling the tour, after all it was raining all week, the tour is only canceled if the Brazilian Navy sends the cancellation, which was not done. Regarding the boarding time to pick up other tourists this is normal, 40 people staying in different places is normal the time and the trip to Angra dos Reis is also on schedule and on a rainy day the driver drives more safely . This tour to Angra dos Reis is the best selling tour in our agency, for sure if you had done it on a sunny day you would have no reason to make this claim. Infelizmente a chuva não é motivo de cancelamento para o passeio, afinal estava chovendo a semana todo, o cancelamento do passeio somente é realizado se a Marinha do Brasil enviar o cancelamento, o que não foi feito. Com relação ao tempo de embarque para buscar os outros turistas isso é normal, 40 pessoas hospedadas em diferentes locais está normal o tempo e a duração da viagem até Angra dos Reis também está dentro do previsto e em dia de chuva o motorista conduz com mais segurança. Esse passeio para Angra dos Reis é o passeio mais vendido em nossa agencia, com certeza se tivesse feito em um dia ensolarado o senhor não teria motivo para fazer essa reclamação.

0 Sterne für diese Tour. 3 Stunden Hinfahrt und 3 Stunden Rückfahrt für dieses Erlebnis sind es nicht wert. All inclusive ist gar nichts. Maximal der Ärger. Nach 1,5h Busfahrt wird ein Stop eingelegt, bei dem man sich Getränke kaufen kann. Diese dürfen allerdings nicht mit auf das Boot genommen werden. Hier wird man extra zur Kasse gebeten. Vielleicht wurde die Information mitgeteilt. Allerdings nicht auf englisch, wie gebucht sondern nur auf portugiesisch oder spanisch. Schnorchel und Maske können für 30R$ zusätzlich erworben werden. Diese sind allerdings allesamt (7 von 7) undicht. Sowohl schnorcheln als auch Maske. Auf dem Boot gekaufte Getränke wurden während dem Essen entfernt und nichtmehr erstattet. Sicherheitshinweise wurden nur auf portugiesisch mitgeteilt. Ein Trip durch den Dschungel auf einer Insel, ist zeitlich nicht möglich gewesen. Bei den 4 Stops waren es jeweils 30min (baden) 30min (schnorcheln) 40min (Insel) und 1h (Restaurant auf insel) Aufenthalt. In der Zeit kommt allerdings nicht weit vom Strand weg. Lieber einmal weniger baden und dafür mehr Zeit auf der Insel. Wirklich keinem zu empfehlen und eine Schande, dass so ein Trip bei Viator angeboten wird. Hier bin ich mehr Qualität gewohnt.

O passeio por ser compartilhado com outros turistas leva um tempo até buscamos todos nos hotéis do Rio e depois seguir viagem e a mesma situação na volta, iremos passar em cada local de hospedagem deixando cada passageiro. O passeio tudo incluso corresponde a transporte terrestre ida e volta, passeio de barco e almoço (bebidas e sobremesas pagam a parte), serviços de aluguel de mascara de mergulho, fotografias e consumo de bebidas e petiscos no barco são pagos a parte, tudo muito bem informado antes na descrição do passeio, era só ter lido antes que você saberia. Esse passeio é padrão, todas as agencias do Rio de Janeiro, trabalham exatamente igual, mesmo tempo de recolha dos turistas nos hotéis, mesmo tempo de viagem, mesmo roteiro do passeio de barco, mesmas condições de consumo, tudo igual. Não deixamos de cumprir nada do que foi anunciado.

Ich wurde über den Verlauf nicht aufgeklärt, die Sicherheitshinweise auf dem Boot wurden ebenfalls nicht übersetzt. Die Reiseleiterin hat nur Spanisch und Portugiesisch gesprochen. 4-5 Stunden Busfahrt hin und nochmal 4-5 Stunden zurück. Auf jeder Insel hatte man nur kurz Zeit um Fotos zu machen, dann mussten wir weiter, auf jeder Insel hatten wir nur 30-40 Min Zeit. Eigene Getränke durfte man nicht mitnehmen. Obwohl die Reiseleiterin gesehen hat, dass wir Fanta gekauft haben, hat sie uns nichts gesagt. Die ganze Reise war ein totaler Reinfall. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Estafadores? Porque? Vocês foram muito bem atendidos, conversamos com o Guia para saber o que aconteceu de errado e o mesmo informou que vocês se divertiram muito no passeio de barco! Com relação a comida do restaurante, vocês tem a liberdade de escolha no cardápio, você pode até não ter gostado, pois é um direito seu, mas a comida é excelente conforme as avaliações de nossos clientes e não escolheríamos qualquer restaurante para os nossos clientes. Com relação a viagem terrestre a Angra, entenda que é um passeio compartilhado com outros turistas, por isso tem um tempo de demora até buscarmos todos os turistas nos hotéis do Rio, isso leva tempo, começamos a buscar a partir de 6:50 da manhã e saímos do Rio aproximadamente as 8:40 e somente depois seguiremos viagem até Angra dos Reis, o que leva aproximadamente mais 2:40 a 3 horas de viagem e a mesma situação na hora de voltar. Então não vejo motivo de nos chamar de Golpistas, já que tudo está muito bem explicado, Você tem todo o direito de não gostar, mas não foi isso que o guia nos relatou! Seja mais justo quando for avaliar um próximo serviço.
