Unlike many tours, this Rio tour gives you time to linger at each major site, about 15 to 20 minutes. If you’re a bibliophile, you must visit Brazil’s National Library — home to a whopping nine million volumes of works — and walk down its elegant red-carpeted staircase.
It is a 4 hours walking tour around the most beautiful buildings of the city. The guide is really interesting. She knows very well the history of her city. The Benedict Church is wonderful. It will be pleasant to have the possibility of going Inside the Great Theater, the Library...We learned very much. Thanks a lot.
Good destinations, but the guide felt like he didn't give us a lot of info when we went to each place. He kind of dropped us off and said here you go.
Pick up was on time. Only 5 people on the tour. However we had all booked different tours but were put together due to lack of bookings. Was not exactly what we booked but was ok. Our guide Eliane was very nice and informative. Unfortunately all museums are closed on Mondays. We did not know that at time of booking so were disappointed not to be able to visit any.
We were very disappointed in eight people be jammed into a mini-van. The guide had to speak both Portuguese and English. Her english was not as strong as it could be. She also should have kept the information flowing but had to spend time arranging pick up times and locations.
