The tour guides were excellent and knew the answer the everything. The drinks were free and never stopped coming. At one point they let you jump in the ocean and drag you along behind holding on to a float. Super fun.

We did the sailing experience on our last day and it was a great way to see the iconic sights from a different perspective with water in the foreground. There’s nothing better than the combo of warm sun on your skin tempered by the cool ocean breeze. They played music to truly set the vibe and even offer their playlist online so you can listen and imagine you’re back at the idyllic sailing experience. Marcella was an amazing guide, fluent in several languages, knowledgeable about the sights and history. And the crew was friendly and fun. Would definitely recommend Sail In Rio!

What an amazing way to see Rio from a different perspective! Marcella was an amazing guide who took us to all the great views of Rio and Niteroi. Her knowledge of Rio (and Brazil), charming personality and hospitality truly made this tour exceed all of our expectations. Her communication skills were very good and we were able to enjoy the breeze, and the sights of Rio in a beautiful yacht. Not to mention, we had 4 caipirinhas each - and there were more if we wanted to! (The drinks alone were more than enough for the value of this trip!) As world travelers, we value the knowledge and the personality of the guide(s), this is definitely a must-do in Rio! Excellent experience. Above 5 stars.

Sailed through the bay with some unique views of famous sites around the city. Views by themselves were worth the ticket. Great customer service and some of the best history information I received from any guides in the city. Swimming at the end had amazing views of sugarloaf and christ the redeemer while swimming in refreshing waters on the other side of the bay. Some views of the forts guarding the bay would not be possible any other way besides by boat. Great trip well worth the price.

This was a great relaxing tour. We were on the water all around Rio's harbor. Seeing the city from the harbor is a very different experience from seeing it on land. Most of the time, we could tell where we were based on our view of Sugar Loaf, but sometimes we thought we were on one side of the bay when we were actually on the other side. The pilot and co-pilot put up the sails several times and clearly we were using the wind power , but there was not enough wind to use the sails during the whole trip. The drinks and snacks provided were great. This was the daytime cruise, and fully enjoyable.

This was a highlight of our trip to Rio! The views from the boat were stunning, it's such a nice way to see the city and it's natural landmarks from a different perspective. Our guide, Marcela, was AMAZING and gave us a lot of information about what we were passing - and a lot of Caipirinhas that were included in the tour price :) The best part of the experience was when we had the opportunity to jump from the boat into the water when we were in a secluded bay. The water was very cold in December, but it was so worth it!! We would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone.
