Waking up early to do this tour is really worth it. My friends and I were able to see the famous tourist attractions of Rome without the crowds. Our tourist guide was very knowledgeable and was able to share stories behind the places we visited.

LOVED this! We toured the city in a comfortable van, picked up at our front door. The tour hits all the highlight with time to step out and take photos, with no crowds blocking your views. St. Peter's Square at 7:00 a.m. is nearly empty, and you really get a sense of the size and grandeur of the location. We had a driver, as well as Eddie, our amazing guide. He has so much information to share, and has a great manner of delivery, and sense of humor! Highly recommend this tour, and would do it again.

The tour was very intimate with not many others participating. Our tour guide Eddie was beyond outstanding. If 6:00 am sounds early, it's not. I felt that Rome was my own oasis, The sunrise above Roma was breathtaking. A little tidbit of information - when the sun rises above Rome everything is glistering in Gold. One of my favorite and most mentionable tours I did - You saw Rome not only driving by as we stopped at numerous places.

Great tour, got to see many monuments before the crowds had gathered and whilst it was still cool. Our guide and driver met us outside our hotel and quickly took us around the city providing us with a commentary on the history of Rome but also little tips on getting the most out of our trip. We stopped off for coffee and pastries at a little cafe which was delicious! Overall this was a great way to begin our holiday!

We enjoyed this early morning tour very much! Our tour guides were very informative and took us to the listed sites. Some of sites we were almost the only people there, so it paid to get up early. We did fit in many sights, and didn't quite fit in a meal break, so a handy snack might be a good idea.

My purpose for most of my travel is to make photographs, so this tour was more for me than my family, who were along also. I did get a fair amount of good images on the tour. I didn't wish to interrupt the interesting and informative narrative our guides gave us, so I didn't fit in as much photography as I would have wished.

Overall, I would highly recommend the tour and our knowledgable guides. If you are in Rome for a short stay or new to the city, this tour gets you a good deal for your money. I didn't rate it a five because we expected breakfast as listed in the description. On the other hand, if we had stopped to eat, we might not have seen quite as much.
