The bus takes you near the major sights of Rome. We did a 3 day pass on the bus because there is so much to see. It's great you can get off and explore on your own and then get back on to continue your tour.

Weather was pretty hot. No A/C on the bus. Seats are crowded. Overall, good to see the sights but traffic in the city pretty bad!!

Though this was good transportation, the stops were not well announced or marked. We had to make several trips around at times to get off at the correct stop.

was very good...narrator was excellent..only bad thing, is you could not get pics of some places..you actually had to get off at the stops, and walk to the places for some excellent pictures..Remember these are cobblestone streets..Wear good walking shoes..I suggest to do this, you get a 48 hour pass, cause we could not see everything in a day..

I bought these tickets as a wedding gift for a couples honeymoon, two days before they text me asking to change the date. Viator promptly responded to me, and changed the day, with no hassle or issues. 10/10 recommend booking all your attractions and tours with Viator!

We LOVE Hop on Hop off Tours.....whatever new city we are in we try and go on one !
They are very informative (they give you headsets) you pick your language you want to hear it in and you can see and learn a lot about the city! If we have time we like to go around the loop to see all the different attractions and then will get off on the ones that really interest us ! We like going on top to ride (usually open air or they will put cover on if too much sunshine or rain) you really get a feel for the city ! You can buy a ticket for 1, 2 or 3 days depending on the amount of time you have.

Our family decided to try this as an alternative to walking to see the sights. We were able to cover more ground and hear some history as we drove past different areas. We were able to see all of the places we were interested in and if the stop wasn’t right in front of where we wanted to see it was close enough so we could walk. We would take a picture of the bus stop sign so we could get back to where we needed to be to get back on. Great way to see the sights.

After spending 2.5 days of tours, it was nice to ride around town and see the sights from a bus with narration I could hear and understand. We went on a walking tour that took us to the Pantheon where we left the tour to see the inside of the Pantheon. The buses were comfortable and on time and there was always someone there to show us where the stops were. I even caught a short nap! We did it as our last thing to fill in the gaps of what we hadn't seen yet.

The Big Bus Rome was easy to access and staff were friendly. The recording of the sites was easy to understand and informative.
