A must-do tour while in Rome!!

This tour was amazing! 3-hours and it took us through the coliseum, forum and palatine hill. Well worth it for everything we saw and all the information. Regardless of how much you already know about Rome, you will learn something new!!! We also loved our Loretta, our guide!! Among our top visits in Rome. Viator never disappoints.

Our tour guide Gaia (spelling?) Was incredibly knowledgeable. We took the tour including the arena floor which was 100% worth it. There is so much to see and learn here. Highly recommend.

Colosseum Arena Floor Tour with Roman Forum

The tour was on time! Our guide, Luchina (not sure about the spelling), was great! She was so knowledgable that she was able to answer tourists' questions with complete info. She was energetic too. The tour in the Arena Floor gave us enough time to enjoy the view and take pictures without the crowd! we would have wanted more time to take pics in other parts of the colosseum but overall it was great!

Interesting but rushed

We did the night tour, during the only rainy night we had during our trip! We had a walking overview of City Hall, the Forum and the history of the city, and made our way to the Colosseum. There we changed guide and went to the arena floor, the underground section and then the upper level. The tour was quite brief, for the price of the tour, it could have included some more time to take your ease going around the Colosseum. It felt like we were rushed from area to area, with little time to really take in some of the information. Perhaps this was due to the poor weather, but it was a shame to feel rushed.

Great Colosseum tour!

We loved the Colosseum floor tour with Giulia as our guide! Giulia was so personable, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. Her historical accounts really took us back in time and allowed us to get a glimpse of the social and political life of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. She also tied the history into some modern aspects of Rome and it's ruins. We learned so much and had fun!! Thanks Giulia!!!!
