Fun time

The class was wonderful and so was our instructor Max. We did have a problem with initially going to the wrong destination as we’d received a contradictory email from Alberto telling us to go to an alternate site. Luckily they were not far from each other. I will say it was 90 degrees Fahrenheit in the room (temp confirmed by a thermometer in room) with the windows on and pizza ovens on, which made it very uncomfortable.

Absolutely loved this class! We learned so much and Sara showed us all the techniques. Very fun class that made the time go quick. We were able to add whatever toppings we wanted on the pizza and chose our flavor of gelato. Everything was delicious and can't wait to make it at home!

I can't say enough how much fun this was. David was an excellent guide and answered any question I threw his way. He clearly has a deep love of creating quality meals and I'm so excited to go home and practice making some of the many recipes that were made available to us by this company. Everyone was able to get involved and the kitchen space we got to work in is top notch. I am sad I didn't get to do their pasta making class where they also take you through a market to pick out the ingredients you will use. And after you are right next to Navona and some great shops and sights in Rome. Definitely worth it. Thanks y'all!

Wonderful Cooking Class

This was such a fun experience! We had an issue with our booking (company's website issue) but the team was able to ensure we could still enjoy a cooking class at our preferred time. We were greeted with prosecco and home-made crackers. The ingredients were fresh, everything was clean, and the kitchen/location was great (inside a building originally built in the 1700s, right near Piazza Navona). The instructors were enjoyable as well. Highly recommend a cooking class through this company!

Great way to end our first day in Rome

We had a great time!!! We arrived in Rome from the U.S. earlier that day, this was a perfect way to keep everyone up to acclimate to the time change. We are a family of 4 (two teenagers & us), we choose the 5:30-8:30pm class, we were served sodas & a Prosecco to start, and a glass of wine with dinner, would have liked two glasses, otherwise, the chef & kitchen staff were entertaining, the atmosphere was very nice, big kitchen space with a lovely dinning room. The gelato & pizza making was fun….would recommend.

Chef Roberto was amazing. We learned so much and had a fun time doing it. We would highly recommend taking this class if you have the opportunity while in Rome. Having a nice sit down pizza dinner & gelato desert with our small group was a bonus.

The Chef and staff were amazing. The back office was horrible. When we arrived I showed them our confirmed reservation and they had no record of it. After an hour of going back and forth with the home office they finally started the cooking class. Another family arrived late and apparently we took their spot so they were told to go to another location. I would give the chef and staff 5 stars and Viator and the back office 0 stars.

Wonderful cooking class in Rome

Absolutely wonderful class! While waiting for the all the attendees we were served prosecco and appetizers. Once everybody arrived we got a brief introduction from the two instructors who spoke excellent English. We then made gelato and they did a great job explaining not only what to do but why. We then made pizza dough (again with great instructions) and topped our pizzas. After the instructors cooked our pizza (no more than 3-4 minutes) all the students sat at tables to eat their creations where we enjoyed great conversation with our fellow aspiring chefs.

Excellent experience! The chefs (Mateo and his colleague) were great and kept the energy up, the kitchen/studio was truly amazing snd well decorated that it made you feel like you were a professional chef. The food/receptie was also grand. But, i do have to mention, there should be age groups. I was sorted into a group with a baby and few toddlers (which i did not sign up for!), so to prevent this, there should probably be either an age minimum (16 perhaps) or different classes for small children/people with family etc. Execpt for that, wonderful experience, would 100% reccomend!
