This class is fantastic foodies who want to take a new skill home with them. Giuseppe is very knowledgeable and gracious host. We prepared several shapes of pasta and learned to regional and culinary history of each. We snacked on some delicious appetizers and local wine as we worked. The result of our efforts was one of the most delicious pasta meals I have ever eaten. He even provided dessert which was spectacular. It's a bit out the way, but definitely worth the trip if you're looking for some great homemade food and a unique experience.
The class was excellent. However, there was issue with picking up at the meeting point.
