Everything about this day was perfect. We were met early in the morning by a driver and guide. Our guide was so friendly and ready to anticipate our needs. We stopped for a quick croissant and cappuccino along the way and then met our on-site guide at ancient Pompeii. The tour was incredible and the tour guide was able to give us many details and facts we would have missed on our own. The lunch we had been curious about far exceeded our expectations. After a walking tour of the winery we were able to taste several varieties of their wines with our delicious 2 course lunch plus dessert. A short drive into Naples later we took in a scenic view of the bay before driving down and walking around the downtown area. We concluded our time in the city at an ancient 13th century castle. The drive back to Rome was quiet and allowed us to rest in the comfortable van. This tour is a great way to experience the personality of Naples and see the wonders of ancient Pompeii.

Amazing! the local Pompeii guide was an expert and steered us away from the crowds to have a better experience. the lunch at the form was the best! from the wines to the pomodoro, the best way to dine was to appreciate what the land yielded. our hosts were charming and solicitous. Naples was a little hurried but our guide Lucila was very helpful and considerate. I appreciate the small group tour rather than go with large groups in big bus which would just carry you to regular tourist traps. Europe is best appreciated through intimate encounters.

We had a fantastic time! Roberto was so awesome as our guide - super-friendly and knowledgable, and Adam was a great driver. By the end of the day, it felt like we had been hanging out with friends all day. Pompeii is incredible, of course, but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed seeing Naples as well. The lunch was a lot of fun, and we really had a great day. Highly recommended.

We booked the Small Group tour to Pompeii and Naples from Rome with Lunch at the Biologic Farm. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:00 am. Our tour guide Antonietta and our driver Adam were fantastic! Within the hour we felt like we had been friends forever. Antonietta knew everything there was to know about Rome, Naples and Pompeii. We stopped for a fun breakfast and espresso and then were off to Pompeii. Along the way, Antonietta told us about many points of interest. Pompeii was wonderful. We had a local guide named Hector who was very knowledgeable and knew how to steer clear of the crowds. We learned so much about the ancient city of Pompeii. Afterwards we drove up Mount Vesuvius to the biologic farm, Le Lune del Vesuvio. What a treat! We experienced a three course meal with wine pairings Everything was delicious! All the ingredients were grown on Mount Vesuvius in Le Lune del Vesuvio's gardens and vineyards. We ordered some wine, olive oil and pasta sauce to be shipped to our home. Then it was off to Naples to see that charming city and have a delicious gelato and espresso. Then, we were dropped back at the doorstep of our hotel. What an amazing day. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Italy.

This was an amazing trip. Our guide, Catherine, and our driver, John Lucas, were both so knowledgeable and accommodating. The guide for the Pompeii section was also wonderful.

We had a wonderful trip to Pompeii and then, our driver actually recommended that we go to the Amalfi Coast specifically to Positano for lunch and shopping instead of going into the city of Naples. It was a beautiful day and we were more than willing to go see something different. This was our final day in Italy after 13 days of touring Tuscany, Rome, Venice and Florence, so the option was greatly appreciated. He stopped for us to take photos and directed us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. It was a very long day with a lot of traffic when we returned to Rome, so we felt bad for our driver but, it was totally worth the day! The flexibility to meet our needs, and the attention to our comfort was greatly appreciated. We would use Viator again in a heartbeat!

Trip was good, Pompeii was great. Enzo was awesome. Lunch at the farm was incredible, food and wine were both great, got wine to go and to ship home. Naples was interesting, but brief, didn't see any art or inside the buildings.
