The only problem we had was with the bus. Rome termini is a big place and the information we had wasn't very clear. We ended up missing it. Luckily we were allowed to go the next day. But I think a small map pointing out exactly where the bus stop is would be of help. But we had a great time.

This was really fun and the whole family had a great time. The lines where not long 5min max wait to get on the rides. Pricing for food was very reasonable compared to other amusement parks in USA.

This was a great day out, and quite a lot to do in there. We went with our 13 year old who is a theme park junkie. There were around 5 extreme rides, and lots of other ones. The max queue in mid August was only 40 mins. We bought the package which included lunch, coach from Rome and entrance which was really excellent value. The only downside is the information you receive about how to get there from Rome and how to get into the park. Fortunately, we checked out the coach pickup spot the day before otherwise we would not have made it in time, once at the park it took us over 45 mins of various queuing and hassle to actually get INTO them park, which is a shame as it really was a good day out in the end. There are some details on the Rainbow Magicland 'How to get here' but here are some more tips if using the coach and/or vouchers:

1. There is only one coach out and one back
2. The coach leaves from near the main Rome Termini, which is very large! If you are standing in the bus terminal, go back into the Termini, past the first lot of shops/eating places and then the first left towards the exit Via Marsala street. You will see this street name ABOVE the exit doors. On leaving via this door, turn right and walk down the street. Look at the street numbers on the wall on your right hand side not the ones across the road, you are looking for 71 - you will see a bus stop some way down the road it says something about being 'private bus stop'. You need to be there around 9am in peak months check the Rainbow website which will have opening times, the bus leaves about an hour beforehand and there should be people selling tickets for the bus, show them your voucher and they will give you a bus ticket.
2. The bus driver will give the 'return' ticket.
3. On arrival to the park - go to the Information Office - NOT the ticket booths
4. They will give you entrance tickets and a separate Meal ticket
5. Bus leaves the same place it dropped you off at closing time
