Meet your guide outside the Cipro metro station (Line A) at 5:15pm. 

Start off with a stop at a buffalo cheese specialty shop for an apertif and samples of scamorza, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese. Sip a glass of DOC wine and munch on some Italian veggies while learning about the cheese making process. 

Next up is a meet and greet with Gabriele Bonci, known as the 'master of pizza', and a taste of his award-winning pizza. Then, stop in a gourmet store that features lots of Italian food specialties and a local restaurant for handmade pasta accompanied by more wine. Top off your tastings with handmade ice cream.

Highly recommend this tour. There was more than plenty of good food and wine to try. The guide was excellent, as well as the shops and restaurants we visited. The pizza place was the highlight.
