OMG !! We had a fabulous time ! First, because my husband, son and myself were the only people on the tour and we had the complete attention of MATTIAS, a FABULOUS tour guide. He took us to at least 6, maybe more, places to try different foods of Rome which were all delicious, and while we were on on way, he stopped and explained so many sights to us as they related to the history of Rome and Italy. It was so much more than a food tour for us. He was patient and answered all our questions and was just a very pleasant and knowledgeable young unforgettable experience all around !

Great tour with a good balance of food and the history of the area, especially Campo de Fiori and the Jewish ghetto. Very good guide, excellent English, easy meeting point. Started with some samples from a vendor in Campo de Fiori, which we could have done on our own anyway, but it got significantly better and more authentic from there. Very good tour and a good value.

I really enjoyed the tour. Good choice of places and food - plenty of them. Our guide Mattia provided interesting facts about the places and food we had - knowledgeable and very nice. Our group was pretty small - only 4 people and it was just perfect.

This tour was great. The different food stops were great. Tour guide was flexible with the food restrictions and preferences The tour guide seems to enjoy herself as well. Loved the history of the Jewish Ghetto. Wish we had more interaction with store/restaurant owners.

One of the best experiences in Italy! Our tour guide and native Roman, Claudia, was very friendly and knowledgeable - would seek her out and this company the next time we visit Rome.

What a fabulous tour. The instructions for the meeting place were clear. Claudia was wonderful. Excellent English, easy to understand, she was a font of information and knows her city well. She knows the back story of each quarter and vendor. We visited a deli where we tasted various hams provisions were made at every stop for the few vegans in the group and wine. The next stop was for rice balls. From there we had pizza and Italian beer, then stuffed zucchini flowers and fried artichoke in the Jewish quarter which I didnt know existed. And to top it off, great gelato and, as tho we didnt have enough, pastries at our final stop. Good thing we had to walk to each place as this helped burn off the calories! In between, we stopped at various historical places, including the spot where Julius Cesear was assassinated. If you have the time, be sure to fit this tour into your schedule. I wouldnt mind doing it again!

Highly recommend this tour. Our guide Claudia, met us at the Campo de Fiori and our tour began with Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pesto tasting, what a taste sensation. Over the 3 hours we rambled through the streets with Claudia not only talking about the local food and produce, but gave us an historical overview of the places we passed through. All the food and drink sampled was wonderful. Claudia also gave us a helpful tip when choosing ice cream Gelato, which I won't give away, so you will have to take the tour to find out.

We chose this tour for our first full day in Rome and it vastly exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate enough to have our guide Claudia all to ourselves and she took us all over the Camp di Fiori and Piazza Navona area. She provided terrific insight her English was excellent, insider tips and amazing samples all along the way. Pizza, balsamic vinegar, sliced meats, cheeses and gelato. I want to say we spent at least 4 hours together and it was all worth much more than what we paid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
