Great service. Had to wait on another couple but that wasn't the drivers fault.

Met by driver on steps at arrival door exit. Only had to wait to wait a few minutes for another couple. Very comfortable van. Delivered to hotel door.

The driver waited for us with our names. Perfect.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Walked out of the terminal to a gentleman holding my name, helped me carry my bags to the Mercedes and off we went. Felt like I had a private car will definitely book again. 10 times better then a taxi or another service.

Excellent service, just one more couple in the taxi. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and was really friendly and gave us tips of where to go etc during our ride to the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful! Was expecting a shared transfer in a minibus, but it was just my partner and I and a Mercedes Benz : As no other hotel drop offs, the transfer was extremely quick which was perfect as our flight was an evening one, so meant we got to take advantage of our evening eating yummy Italian food rather than traipsing across Rome. Recommend to all.

Perfect, waiting by arrivals gate with our name in clear view. 5 min walk to Mercedes car, even though advertised as shared we were the only pick up so straight to hotel in Rome. Would definitely use again.
