Best tour that I did in Rome. A lovely varied tour taking in many of the the highlights but the real magic is the the shear depth of knowledge and stories that your guide brings to the table.

Any tour can show you the sights, but if you want to learn the history as you go along, then this is ideal.

Amazing and I could not recommend it enough. Loved our guide Luigi! He was amazing and informative and I would go on this tour again next time I travel to Rome.

Its awsome. Its a rainy and stormy day which made it quite tricky for the tour, but our guide Lauren is awsome. She kept telling the history on the way and also found the way to skip puddle. Shes very knowledgeable to tell us stories and details of the colosseum and also the history alongside. Highly recommend to join tour for colosseum unless you have full background of Roman history. The only regret is not enough time to take pictures. It would be good if you can go back the same area the next day and you can take as many as pictures you want. One day is not enough be there since many attractions around. Awsome tour and thanks to Lauren.

Went here a year ago sorry about the late review but better late than never. We actually visited the house that the first emperor and his family lived in for the first twenty years of his reign. Tile work, frescos and brick work still remain amazing.

Colosseum just the word exclusively moves anyone. YES it is still magnificent a must see for anyone that is into Rome, I can still remember our guide she was an archaeology student in her last year of university. She was very good bottom line this was a great tour, leisurely but with substance. A great tour.

Although we weren't able to go into Casa di Augusto and Casa di Livia due to renovation closure, the tour was fabulous and the tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive.

This was a great tour. There was so much history in this whole area that I would not recommend going without a tour guide. You would miss so much and I know that I appreciated everything I was seeing more because I got the history behind it. Also, anytime there was a line we walked right through which was nice. The emperor's residences we went to were amazing and so interesting. Our tour guide, Allesia I think I'm spelling that wrong, was so great. She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great information. There is so much history packed in this tour that the amount of information can be overwhelming. It was incredibly hot when we went in August. I would recommend wearing shoes you don't mind getting dusty and bring a lot of water, at least 2 bottles per person.
